Smooth and as planned/scheduled

I've used Dave for a number of years - they re-roofed a condo building where I lived back in the early 90's, and they had done repair work for me in the past, but this is the first roof I've ever needed to entirely replace. They removed the old roof and installed a new energy efficient roof on all the flat parts of our roof (which is most of it - we have some decorative spanish tile on some small sloped portions of the roof), as well as installing new skylights to replace our old ones. He has a full-time staff crewing his jobs, so the guys doing the work are the same every time, and Dave is great if questions or issues arise during the installation. He bent over backward to give us a better roof with a longer guaranty when we had received another bid - and his price was totally competitive. I really like this Company - in fact, they're coming back next month to replace all of our old, rotted gutters!!

I got several bids and they were right there with all of them. The quality of work was good.

They were a great company. They provided us with pictures of the tile that they were going to use. They really educated us about the different products that they had available. They gave us some estimate and they stuck to it. They were in and out within 3 or 4 days. Their workers cleaned up everything and we really liked them. We did a lot of research and an apartment building manager had used them and was really happy with their services. So we went with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Everything was cleaned up when we came back home from work. It was almost like they hadn’t even been here.

Olympic Roofing was the company who put on the new roof about 10 years ago and I have them come out to service it every other year to check it and to replace any red tiles which are blown off over the winter months. It is a mansard roof with red tiles on the side and the top is flat. I have had to repair my celings at least 3 times in the last few years from water damage which is always in the same spot where it leaks. There were no leaks this year but I just had them come and check and they saw a bubble in the tar paper so suggested that it be repaired. This was in December and after the first rain, it looked like my ceiling was becoming discolored so I called them. That was several weeks ago and I heard nothing from them. After the heavier rains came the damage has become greater. I now have a sagging ceiling and side wall where the water came in and have had buckets on the floor to try to contain the water. They made an appointment to come Mar 1 and never showed up and I have left 3 messages for them and received no return calls.

They came out and did the work. They were clean and they left. I cannot grade their work since it has not rained.
