I sent my Ipad to be repaired. After three months of waiting i've asked for an update. They said that will check on the status. Waited and additional two weeks and asked for an update again; I got same response. After four months I asked them to send the ipad back since it appered to me that the have no interest in the repair. Had to pay for shipping both ways. $50 wasted in shipping and time.

Stay away from this company. No email response, waste of time, waste over over $100 and still a useless computer that they “claimed” they could fix Find a reputable computer repair company, AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Terrible, I was emailed that it was repaired, I paid my invoice in full. Days went by still no tracking number, I emailed multiple times no reply so I called he said it wasn’t done, I told him I already paid you said it was done he said he was double checking and he would send it that evening few days went by I called to get a tracking number it still hadn’t been shipped, he said he would email me a tracking number by 5pm. 9 pm came I emailed him, let him know I was upset and I would be leaving a poor review on his service. He replied by telling me that he unfixed my item and would be shipping it back to me because he doesn’t like my attitude. This company is a joke, please learn from my experience.
