Good vibes from salesman with timely arrival upon estimate and arrival of installation/ refinishing team. 
Salesman also arrived with working team on first day of installation which impressed me.   Team demolished old floor and finished installation in just a few short hours.  Next, the stripping and sanding of the other 22 yr old floors was started ahead of schedule on day one.  Day two was applying the first coat of Min Wax stain.  Day three was to be appication of final stain process, but upon inspection , was ageed that another day of drying would be best.  Last day was just a couple hours of final application,  and job was "complete." Working team were always at work, not just watching each other; one cannot help but commend them on their good work ethic.   I have mixed emotions about more work, because we already have an estimate for other areas of our home.

They used a damage piece of wood during the install even though I have 3-4 boxes of extra wood available.  They never came back and finished around the edges as promised.  He screwed up the counter island by dinging it up while trying to move it.  He didn't put a hole through a cabinet to run an extension cord as requested.   He instead has the extension cord hanging out to the floor.  He has a his way or no way attitude.  I would describe it as "small man" syndrome.  He is a piece of work.
