they are unreliable- they did not show up for cleaning for the past 3 weeks claiming that the owner had a study course and was sick. I was not notified !! he just did not show up! one of the service man that he sent me turned on my pool heater intentionally for few days probably was angered by us because we asked me to vacuum the pool .

I am happy to write this review for Marvelous Pool Service as Joshua was able to come out and resolve issues that my previous service was unwilling to fix. After re-plastering my salt pool, I started having an algae problem as well ass I was being told that I had no chlorine in the pool. I was being told that I needed to drain the pool and acid wash the plaster because the water was bad. Sounded crazy to say the least. Within a few days after Joshua started, my water was sparkling. He replaced a few parts that had been neglected by the previous service, cleaned my salt cell and the water has been perfect. While I was hesitant about hiring a new pool service, Joshua made it an easy decision to stick with him for servicing my pool. He was able to accommodate my request for service on a specific day. My husband and I were so lucky to have gotten Marvelous Pool Service. Joshua took over the job of our previous pool service. We are so happy with our pool. Even much more satisfied than before he took over. Our pool is sparkling and perfect every time he is here and he makes himself available if we have questions. Great choice!
