Seems to be better with their return policy which is outstanding and I favor them over the Home Depot. The quality of the products they sell that are not offered at Home Depot are a good value for the dollar.

This job has been problematic in the past because it’s out of plumb, but they did a very good job. He was very punctual (early, actually), and it actually looks nicer than the original.

It's okay. I think Home Depot is a little bit better because of their pricing.

It was quick and easy; it is right next to my house. It was 3.99 for a flower. The staff was professional although they don't always know everything.

The price, with the rebate, was good. The staff is friendly. The delivery was free. I would use this service again.

The part that was done was done well. On time, correct product, workers were efficient and skilled. I visited Lowe's to select carpet and arrange for installation. Floor pros called a couple days later and measuring the home was arranged within one week. The carpet came in about a week early and was installed the next weekend at my convenience. The chief complaint is that I had asked to have an additional staircase'worth of old carpet removed (where I wasn't planning to install new...going to put in hardwood). At the time of inquiry I made it clear that I was happy to pay extra if necessary for the convenience of having that extra carpet removed at the same time. I inquired about this two times during the contract set up, once with the Lowe's representative and again with the Floor Pros rep. Both times I was told the same thing by both people: 1) It wasn't a problem 2) there would be no extra charge and 3) when I asked whether we needed to have this extra item stipulated specifically in the contract I was told "no" the contract called for removal of old carpet and that was enough...it wasn't going to be a problem......(WRONG.) When the installers arrived they refused to touch the other staircase because there was not anything specifically in the contract about it. When I called Lowes and Floor Pros to complain, both managers told me "there isn't anything in the contract about this." So the staircase still has the old carpet and I am very disappointed in Lowes and Floor Pros. Won't be having them do any more work for me because I can't trust that I am being given accurate information during contract set up.

Picked up carpet and padding and saved me the delivery fee. Arrived on time. Quickly removed and replaced carpet and padding. No frills but highly efficient.
