Leon had ideas to make the job quicker and easier. He is an old fashioned businessman, with integrity and pride in his work. This is a family run business. Crews were on time, clean, professional, work was of  highest quality. Result was perfect. I highly recommend him.

Crowns were replaced with top quality material, flashing was repaired and/or replaced, loose shingles were sealed, and vent pipes were repainted. Excellent quality work and very professional team !!!! I highly recommend this roofing company and would use them again for future roofing needs.

Very honest, found issues other roofing contracts missed, didn't sell me services I didn't need (unlike the other two estimates) and was by far the best priced. I will bring them back when the roof needs to be replaced.

Leon Willard roofing was great! Everything went very smoothly - his workers worked very hard and finished early, before a big rainstorm. His workers were very efficient, polite, and cleaned up very well. The new roof looks great and is water-tight. Leon Willard was very helpful and very easy to work with. Everyone was always punctual and it was easy to work with Penny, Leon's secretary. We would definitely recommend Willard Roofing!

Very nice work, done well and with minimal impact - Leon is great to work with and reasonably priced - you just might have to call him several times to get a response when he's busy.

My roof was leaking in two places after an ineffective repair job from someone else. Leon came out and gave me an estimate that was significantly lower than others for the same repair job (they wanted to do more extensive repairs). A crew of 4 men arrived on time and started work immediately. Unfortunately, when it rained a few days later one area still leaked. When the roof dried, Leon came out and repaired the roof himself.. I was standing with my checkbook in hand when he had completed the work, and he declined to accept payment! He wanted to make sure the roof repair was correct before collecting payment. Leon waited a good 4 months before asking for payment and the summer started without another rain storm to test the roof. He assured me if it leaked again he would come out immediately; no charge. I will continue to use and recommend Williard Roofing.**update**The roof in the dinning room still leaked in the rain, and Leon came out immediately to check it out. Over the course of several rain storms and moving tarps around (the poor man came out three consecutive days to move heavy tarps around on my roof while it was pouring to cover different areas of the roof to pinpoint the leak) , it was discovered the the wall had a very small stucco crack, and that was the source of the leak, not the roof. After the stucco was repaired, no leaks! Leon came out as promised. I would recommend him to everyone!

The owner was easy to deal with, he did everything he said he would do & more, his crew was punctual, knew what they needed to do, were polite, did their work efficiently, and cleaned up well when the job was complete. We had some work done on a time & material basis and that work was done expeditiously & at a reasonable price. Absolutely no complaints.

Excellent. Prompt arrival to give free estimate. Set a tentative date for the work and followed up to confirm. Did the work himself which was a VERY pleasant surprise!! Super nice and super professional.
