They replaced the cord and sockets for me and didn't charge me anything. They really stand behind their product. I am very impressed with them.

THE PERSONNEL WERE FRIENDLY. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY HAD EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR PRODUCTS. THE SERVICE PERSON WAS ON TIME AND WORKED CLEANLY AND NEATLY.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WERE THAT THE SALES PEOPLE WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, ATTENTIVE, AND HELPFUL. THERE WAS AN ABUNDANCE OF STOCK AVAILABLE TO CHOOSE FROM.
