Hosep Stepanian is a Broker Associate at Keller Williams Realty Northridge. He serves as a Grievance Committee member, Sub-Marketing Committee member and MLS Committee member for Southland Regional Association of Realtors. Hosep is a graduate of California State University of Northridge, where he received a BS in Business Law. After graduation, Hosep launched his career in the city of Northridge, where he began his specialization in Real Estate Sales. That eventually led to a partnership with a prominent Broker who worked for RR.Gable. Immediately he knew it was in his capacity to open escrows, consult with buyers, close escrows and finally he recognized that his hard work was going to pay off. Soon afterward, working as a Realtor for 5 years+ he made his big decision by expanding his knowledge and earning his Broker's License. He later began his role as a TOP Producer at Keller Williams Realty by selling multiple units year after year. He also serves as a member of the Agent Leadership Council and is very active conducting trust worthy business year round with multiple Realtors and Brokers all across the San Fernando Valley. Hosep has a long record of successfully guiding local, national and multi-national clients with their real estate acquisitions, lease obligations and property management. Hosep closes real estate sales and lease transactions valued over 10 million annually consistently earning the top Real Estate agent Top 30 under 30 award. He also has been awarded the #1 Top Gross Commission income earned and #1 Top units Sold in 2013 & 2014. Hosep specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge in pricing single family, multi-family properties and estates that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients according to market conditions. In his free time, Hosep loves to train his Dogo Argentino, loves to travel the world and always looks forward to bringing back real estate ideas home. Not to forget exotic cars are always something he enjoys talking about or even better being behind the wheel of one.
