They were prompt, professional and the work and materials are high quality.  We were very happy with their work.  It looks beautiful and all commitments were kept.

First, we are real customers who have spent a small fortune in window treatments over the years in our former home using at least 3 other decorators, as well as ordering custom work from Calico Corners.  I have always complained to my wife about  the high (OK, outrageous) cost of custom curtains and drapes.  But the truth is, when you compare quality custom work to pre-made curtains and drapes, even from Restoration Hardware, there's no comparison.
Which brings us to Annette - she represents the best of what a traditional decorator provides - someone who comes to your home with samples, advice, and lots of experience and sees the job through down the last pleat.  She and her husband are friendly and knowledgeable and worked hard to develop the look we wanted. They absolutely delivered.
In our case, we had a living room with 3 huge windows, topped by semi-circular windows - the only idea anyone could come up with was plantation shutters, which would have overpowered the room.  Annette's design for floor to ceiling sheers running the entire wall, with dramatic side panels on the corners made this room into both sanctuary and a showplace.  After a year, I still go in and marvel, as do our guests.
Annette is the real deal, a master of her craft.  I doubt she'll be interested in competing on price from Home Depot or internet retailers, but if you're ready for a room that looks like something from Architectural Digest or Veranda...don't hesitate to call.

We could not be happier with the service provided by Elite Interiors. We are thrilled with the drapes they crafted for our master bedroom. The drapes are extremely well made and look gorgeous. The entire Elite team is amazing. Annette helped us stay within the confines of our budget without sacrificing quality. She also had extremely innovative decorating ideas and tips for keeping the light out of our bedroom. After moving into a new home, finding good providers can be challenging and even scary, but I would recommend Elite to anyone who is looking to work with a team of true professionals. It is obvious why they have been in business for decades. The proof is in their service and products. We will absolutely contact them again in the future for any drapes or upholstery needs.

I loved Elite! They were helpful, pleasant, prompt, and highly professional. The work was fantastic, and my office chairs alone look better than new. The Banquet cushions and pillows are gorgeous, and Annette even found a better material for me, that I liked more than the one I had chosen, to account for grandchildren wear-and-tear. We had shutters in mind, but we have weird old windows and weren't sure whether shutters were possible.  Annette checked with the manufacturer and came out to explain the modifications that would be necessary to make shutters work, and also suggested wooden blinds as a much less expensive option.  We decided to go with the blinds.  They did all the measuring and installation, came back a week later, to change out a valance because they didn't like the way it looked, and even replaced a missing valance on an existing blind at no charge.  They were very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, and everything looks great.

We had moved to a new home that had very temporary (plastic drapery rods) window treatments.  Since we had our previous great room designed by an interior designer, we wanted to take the furniture along with the window treatments since it all went so well together and a lot of money was spent on them.  The issue was that our new living room had much higher ceilings than our previous one.  I was either considering lengthening the drapes or adding a border by picking another fabric as an extension.
I had 3 window treatment companies provide me quotes.  The first that came out was Annette and Emil with Elite Interiors.  Annette and Emil both recommended that I do not add a border given our fabric had embroidered scrolls on it.  They said it wouldn't go well with a border and suggested lengthening with the extra existing panels.  They provided me quotes for adding sheers under the side panels as well as Hunter Douglas Silhouettes.  Another vendor said that I could easily add a border and brought some fabric books to show me.  I had a hard time deciding how to move forward, so it took me months of dwelling on fabric selection for a border.  After getting a bunch of samples, pinning the material together with my existing drapes and hanging it up to see what the border may look like in my new living room, I began to see that Annette/Emil were right.  The border looked awkward with the type of material of my drapes.  I had seen so many photos of drapery with borders on Houzz that looked nice, but they were always simple fabrics, generally solid colors without designs on them.  I finally decided I would lengthen the drapes with the extra panels.
About 3 months after I was provided the quote by Elite, I emailed Annette to let her know that I was ready to start the project.  There was no pressure or pestering in between.  Annette scheduled an appointment to stop by to pick up the existing drapes and brought fabric samples for us to make the final decisions for the sheers.  We nailed down the details for the custom rods/rings, finials, and sheers which were much more economical than the Silhouettes.  Annette/Emil are very straightforward with their opinions and pricing as well.  I appreciated that.
Annette/Emil are always responsive, on time, and our drapes were reworked and installed in about 4 weeks time around the holidays.  Their attention to detail is what made the project go so smoothly.  They always made sure they got my approval for the smallest details.  My existing drapes were not all the same length because they came from a living room and dining room that were on different levels, but the finished drapes are all amazingly symmetrical.  Where the fabric was attached to the extension, Annette recommended folding the fabric over like a one inch tab so it looked like an intentional design detail instead of a mistake.  Once installed, I was thrilled with the results. The reworked drapes look like they were meant to be in our new living room.  I was concerned that the patching of material would make the drapes look cheap, but the results are gorgeous.  I am so glad I listened to Annette/Emil about not adding a border with a different fabric.  I know now that it would have been a big design mistake.  With our elegant new window treatments, our living room now feels warm and inviting.
Before I hired Elite, I read a review where someone complained about Annette/Emil fighting during the appointment.  Yes, they have been married a long time and bicker a bit, but I found that endearing.  I got a few good chuckles as they bickered and didn't mind at all.  They make a great team and complement each other well.
On another important note, Elite's price was the most reasonable out of the three quotes I received.  One was meaningfully higher.  Overall, I am very happy with the service from Elite.  So much so that I am having them work on other projects with all the bare windows in our new home.

I had just purchased a house in Simi Valley and took the old window coverings off every window and door. I needed someone to come out and measure the windows, suggest what to do and then install the coverings. I called a couple of places for quotes. Annette and Emil from Elite Interiors came out almost immediately. While Elite Interiors was not the lowest of all the quotes they seemed to me to be the most knowledgeable and professional. While their quote was a little higher it was not like it was way more than the others. I was most comfortable with them so I chose Elite even theough they were more expensive. Everything about the experience was top notch. They showed up when they said they were going to. Followed up on the phone and by e mail.  They came and installed the coverings when they said they would. I paid them what the quote was. I would definately hire them again. You get what you pay for.

Elite interiors is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them.  A general estimate was provided over the phone and email after I emailed some pictures and measurements.  The price was right, and lower than the other quotes I received. They came out on Saturday to do their own measurements and get a detailed list of the pillows that I wanted made.  I provided my own fabric, but they can get you anything you need from any of the fabric houses.  Two weeks later the job was done.  They came to install the shades and deliver the pillows and cushions.  The quality is excellent.  They even helped with some interior decorating ideas and rearranged the furniture in one of our rooms.  It looks great.  

I will use them in the future for all my reupholstery and window treatment needs. They are very nice, very professional, and go out of their way for their clients.

Annette & Emil delivered a fantastic new look to my home.  What they produced looked better than I could have imagined.

Approximately 3 weeks later, I received the call that they were ready to come deliver the furniture and install the draperies and the valance.  They came the following week and talk about being a perfectionist! My lamp cord was interfering with the drapery laying as flat as Emil would have liked! Everything looked beautiful! The draperies are easy to manage and he put rods on them so I can use the rod slide them open and close.  The valance is pleated with perfect folds and looks very rich. The installation went quickly and smoothly.The chairs and ottomans are amazing! The chairs had to be taken down to the frame. He replaced the damaged leg for sure and really may have replaced more legs (I can't remember) and they are all stained now and look new. My husband who didn't want any of this work done and never was home to meet them (an important note here!!) said that he loves the chairs, they are so comfortable and that we shout definitely save their business card as the workmanship is so well-done, we will definitely use them again. I will (hopefully) be redoing some other chairs soon and there is no question who I will use. It went great!  Annette and Emil came over and measured all of my windows.  Then we talked about what I was thinking and they gave me their ideas.  They were very knowledgeable about what would work/look good in my house.
