"Mr. [Member Name Removed], In regards to your complaint on the offer you purchased, I apologize that you were not satisfied with the purchase you made. You called our office irate and yelling at me before I could have the opportunity to speak or resolve your complaint; I wanted to help resolve your complaint by offering to send my technician back to the property to inspect another area for you. My inspector also offered to inspect another area to appease you and instead you kicked him off your property and told him to leave. Every time I tried to speak you talked over me, not allowing me to help you. I listened to you respectfully while you continued yelling at me and then demanded a full refund which I then explained you would only be able to obtain through Angie's List where you purchased the $45 offer. I also called Angie's List to ensure they would refund you the full $45. The offer you purchased was a comprehensive inspection limited to an area of your choice, as examples of areas such as exterior, attic, interiors, and or crawl spaces. On the Angie's List website the offer for a full home inspection cost's $145 and it is specific which option offers the most for your money. I like them, they come out very quickly and are professional. I had a contract with them for a year because I had a rodent problem. They were really good, I really liked them. I think for what they did it was good, it was reasonable and in line with other things I checked. The termite was high so i did not go with that. They did a a really good job. They were prompt, came when they were suppose to, good. I had no complaints.

They were great. They made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. With a new season and new evidence of rodents, they called back this morning at 7AM, pulled their best tech from another job, and had him out this afternoon. Incredibly responsive and their techs are incredibly professional, and work wonderfully with our family, including our pets.

We used eco concepts for rodent issues, termite inspection & repair as well as ongoing insect spraying. Each service we had done was done by a completely different team that specialized in the work being done. From a quality of work standpoint this was great, but it made scheduling a little more complicated. We expected to have all the work done at one time, but instead had to schedule 3 different visits, which was ok but required extra coordination. We had an overall great experience with them and intend to keep using them for our rodent, termite and pest services in the future.

For the ants issue we would not use them again but for another issue I would use them again. The worker was courteous and professional. They left the area clean. The treatment option didn’t see very effective and also the first option they choose seemed to create more if an issue for us.

The traps were set on our property: one cage contained cat food inside to attract skunks and the other was a simple round cylinder trap with nothing in it. A representative let me know that the traps would be on our property for a week and that an employee would stop by every two days to check on them. Someone did stop by once that first week, but that's all. Over a week later, one of the traps was closed, and I called to company to come check it out--hoping we had caught something. A rep came by and nothing was caught. It was decided to leave the traps on our property for another week. I then left with my family for a 3 1/2 week vacation. I was gone for nearly a month and the traps were still there Nothing was ever caught. I had to call Eco Concepts and remind them to pick up the traps.

Had them out earlier. They were very nice and I worked with Jennifer. Paid them to eliminate the termite problem and fix the wood rot. When I went into escrow, I needed them to come back to verify the work, as it was more than the 3 months that escrow allows. Couldn't get Jennifer to call me back, even though I called her 4 times. Finally, they sent Rick out to check out the property. Rick was very good and very nice. He found more termites and more wood rot. They knew I had no choice but to use them to close escrow. I paid them $2200. I would recommend Rick (for sure) but not the company. I usually don't write bad reviews. I just don't go back. In their case...use them at your own peril. They are 1 of the worst companies I have ever done business with.

I had gopher tunnels in both the front and rear yard appearing over 5 months. Eco Concepts applied poison. No dead gophers were found, but it has been 6 months and the gopher activity ended.

Richard Merjil came and inspected the property for termites in the 6th if April. He agreed I had a termite problem that ws in the rose bed, but also had gotten into the garage. A date the following week was set for the technician to take care of the problem. The agreed upon day Bryant, the tech arrived on time. I walked the affected areas with hi and he sete to work. Bryant was at my property for a little over 2 hours. He was efficient and very neat in his work. After he was done, he explained what I could expect from the critters he was killing and what I need to do, or in this case not do as the treatment was doing all of the work. I would use Eco Concepts again. Am very pleased.

Very smoothly. Came on time quickly evaluated the problem. They came back later that day and treated the problem. I was pleased enough to sign a contract to have them to service my house every other month. Very punctual, professional and enjoyed working with them.

This package service for one year - every 3 months. We done one round sometime in November. I like the none chemical method to see all the bugs gone. Do have 3 more rounds left to use. So far, no 2nd appotment was offered by the provider, I will need to call them to request soon. I will update as how the rest of serviceperformed.
