WHEN I'VE CALLED THEM AND HAD PROBLEMS, THEY USUALLY CAN TELL ME OVER THE PHONE WHAT TO DO. LAST WEEK I HAD A PROBLEM, AND THE GUY COULDN'T HELP ME, BUT HE GAVE ME THE NUMBER OF A GUY WHO COULD, AND HE TOLD ME WHAT TO DO. MOST THINGS THEY CAN DO OVER THE PHONE.
