About us

We are General B Contractors however we specialize only in Earthquake Retrofitting and Foundation Problems. For homes that are in escrow, we charge $125 for inspection and report. If we earn the right to the buyers business we will then deduct the $125 initial fee after we agree upon a price. The price is the same for insurance inspections. There is no charge for home owners who live on the property.
