I've been bringing my cars for servicing for well over twenty years. Great owner, excellent front desk people, and fantastic customer service and pricing. Plus, you can wait for your car if you wish. Not a bad thing to say.

They were ready for me and got me to work and picked me up too.   I have been taking my car
to them for years.  They are like family.  I trust them completely.  They take care of their customers and treat them like family.  My Honda has 200,000 + miles and I feel confident that they will guide me with this car until it is time for a new one.  I will of course get another Honda and take it to Automotive Instincts.  Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly and kind.
When I got there the other customers seem to feel the same way.   This is a one in a million place. 

Automotive Instincts is my go-to for car service, whether its a simple oil change, minor or major service or other.
Quick, trustworthy, dependable and fair.   Steve and Mike and Al - all great guys over there.   
 
Would not feel as comfortable taking our cars anywhere else.

I have been coming to Automotive Instincts for many years.  These guys are the best! They are honest and I never get the feeling they are trying to rip me off because I'm a girl (unlike some places). As a matter of fact when I brought it in I asked them to check the battery because I had been told at another place it was bad. Nope it was fine!! They are great at diagnosing and fixing the problem to keep your car running smoothly!!

They never try to talk to you into something you don't need. Pleasant personalities and very honest. 
If there isn't anything wrong they won't make something up. I have been with them for 25-30 years. I know many others that have gone to them for a long time and have a great reputation.

I thought they were very knowledgeable and did good work as far as I could tell. I felt comfortable there. Its a small lobby, with a couple of small little love seats and a coffee machine, and a desk where the staff worked. 

They  thoroughly inspected my car and completed the work on time.

All went well and according to plan.
Much better price than Dealer quoted, and they gave me confidence that their work will last, including doubling the parts warranties to two years. I could have gotten done for $1350 somewhere else but without the peace of mind for such a big job.
I'd be bringing this Honda and my Prius there from now on, except only open one Saturday a month...

The price was decent.  They are very clean, professional and honest.  These guys are pretty good.

I have been a regular customer of Automotive Instincts for several years.  They have always been exemplary in their approach to their work:  honest about the scope and costs of any service needed, knowledgeable and communicative, and always giving great customer service.  Above all, I trust these guys and have never for a moment felt they were trying to sell me anything I didn't need.   Sometimes things have cost a little more than estimated (hey, it happens when there are so many unknowns) but far more often the final bill has been less than expected.   I recommend friends to them, and haven't heard of a bad experience yet.     A+ !

Fantastic! Very quick to diagnose and repair the engine. Always professional and they respond to inquiries immediately. They kept me up to date on the work needed and the costs.

I drive back and forth to Texas a lot to see my grandchildren. I have 75,000 miles on my brand new car. They always check my car out before my trip and make sure I will safely make it there and back. The price is also always right.

The cost varies but it?s always been an ordinary service. The quality is fantastic and I?ve never found an auto repair shop that is quite like this one. They are really terrific and I know people that drive from very far away to come here. They build up a customer base that trusts them.

They are absolutely superb. They will never over charge you, they are very friendly, you can get in when ever you want to and they don't even take a long time. They recommended a detailing company for me.
