Pool and Spa Servicing
THE BEST ASPECT OF THE ENGAGEMENT WAS BEFORE THEY BEGAN WORK. AFTER THAT IT SEEMED TO GO DOWNHILL. THE PUMPING AND HEATING EQUIPMENT HAD TO BE COMPLETELY RE-INSTALLED DUE IMPROPER POSITIONING. THE SPA LEAKED IN THE STONE SIDEWALL FROM THE DAY IT WAS FILLED. WE MADE MANY ATTEMPTS TO GET THEM BACK TO PROPERLY COMPLETE THE JOB INCLUDING INSTRUCTION ON CORRECT OPERATION. THEY NEVER RETURNED. ATTEMPTS THROUGH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS WERE IGNORED. ULTIMATELY, IF WE EVER GET THE SITUATION RESOLVED, IT WILL BE IN COURT.
