AM PM APPLIANCE SERVICE

I was absolutely thrilled with him.  I have never had a better appliance guy that I liked as much as him.  I used him twice and he gave me a discount both times.  He was wonderful and his price was reasonable.  My appliances were all going but he repaired them for me.

He was very good.  Overall, I would rate them an A.

I was happy with them. They were on time and did what was needed to be done. I did not have to call them back. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Confirmed thermostat needed replacement. No part available for 3 to 4 weeks. I found a part in one week. Repairman returned and installed. He claimed labor cost was the same as if he had the part. I had to clean hand prints from oven after.

Jeff was one of the nicest repairmen that I have ever dealt with. He first came to our home in November 2009 to look at our dishwasher that was not pumping water. He told us exactly what the problem was, how much the repair would cost, and the pros & cons of repairing vs buying new. We researched new dishwashers and decided a few months later to get our old one repaired. Jeff came back and went to work immediately. He was quick and professional. When he left everything was clean and the dishwasher even operated more softly than before. I was very pleased! Will definitely call again if I need appliance repair. I highly recommend this company.

Having had less than stellar experiences with other tradespeople, this was a very pleasant surprise. Oleg was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Based on this positive experience, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone requiring repair of a major appliance. Should the need arise in the future, I will call them again. I felt that the price was a bit high, but there was a zero hassle factor so I guess it was worth it.

My daughter and I were having a quiet day trying to catch up on laundry from the weekend. We suddenly noticed smoke in the kitchen and a electrical burning smell. We traced it back to the washer and immediately turned it off. I called Angie's List and they gave me 3 or 4 names of companies in our area. I tried the one that was closest and had an A rating. Larry, at Am Pm Appliance Service, was my first contact. He was very helpful and although they were busy he would try to have someone out to the house by 5pm that same day. He called me back in about 30 minutes and Jeff, the service tech was at our house by 2pm. He took the washer apart and checked all the parts. He knew it was the motor. He said they would order the part and we would have it in 2 days at the most. He was as good as his word. On the second day he was back to install the new motor and check it all out again. He cleaned the floor afterward which I really appreciated. It's been working great since. 90 day warranty on parts.

He made a diagnostic call to find out what was wrong. He went out and got the right compressor.

It was Saturady morning when my washing machine stopped working. Whirlpool washer would stop after a few minutes and wouldn't move to the next phase of the wash. I called this place looking for someone to perform same day service and he said he was available. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and said he had the part. He arrived on time and did the repair quickly and left a coupon for any future service.

My overall experience with this company was good. The repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed it quickly. The only complaints I have are that I think $100 for a half hour of labor is too high, and while he had the back of my dryer off, I think he should have cleaned the lint from inside, which is a fire hazard.

VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN CALLED. QUICKLY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM, AND THEN MADE A SPECIAL TRIP TO PICK UP THE MOTOR AND BRING IT OUT. FAST, EFFICIENT WORK.

SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. THE COST OF THE PARTS WAS $120 AND THE LABOR WAS $100. A 10% DISCOUNT COUPON FROM THE PHONE BOOK WAS APPLIED. THE WASHING MACHINE HAS WORKED FINE SINCE THE SERVICE.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING WHY IT WOULD BE TO MY BENEFIT TO REPLACE THE OVEN INSTEAD OF REPAIRING IT.
