The main individual at VNS is a typical arrogant, I know better than you do, mental midget, kind of guy. Everything that went wrong wasn't covered by our contract, every phone call cost extra and the best part was every problem we had was because we were stupid, we screwed up and he was going to come in and save us. Don't walk...run away from this company.
