Very responsive and professional. We thought we had a dryer vent that was clogged with lint, etc but turned out there was a bird nest(s) causing the issues. Cleared the nests at the quoted cleaning rate and all is fine. I had to cancel our initial appointment due to a last minute conflict and they were very accommodating and understanding. We were able to reschedule quickly for another time that worked.
