We got several roofing bids and decided to go with Titan due to their certified Cool Roofing System which meets the LADWP Rebate Program. I really liked the idea of using the newest energy efficient technology and the combination of the fair pricing and Titan's experience made it an easy choice. Andrew went over the proposal, explained the benefits, and remained available to discuss any concerns or issues that came up. His job supervisor sent me photos and updates as they worked and they were thorough and well-organized. I can say confidently that Andrew is an honest business owner who keeps his promises and is great to work with.

Titan Roofing & Decking did great work and had the lowest bid of the 3 bids I got. They were extremely thorough making sure to re-stucco all damaged sections and match my existing paint and repaint. They also added, replaced, or removed roof jacks and vents as needed, the smaller ones at no charge and the larger ones for the cost of materials. If you want your roof done right, with city permits, with a polite and knowledgeable crew, and for a good price, they are the guys to call.
