Excellent work. Arrived within an hour and fixed the immediate problem. Then, using the camera, identified 3 underlying issues. Fixed two of them permanently (as they were under my property) and treated the 3rd one (as it was under the city property). Did the work very fast (including the digging), cleaned up, tested, explained. Very happy with the work, going to keep Team Rooter on my list in case something happens with sewer again.

When I called to explain that my sewer system kept backing up and I wanted to know if I needed to repair/replace the line, Israel came out in the early morning, as I requested. Using a camera that fed down into the line, he showed me the places where the ceramic piping had moved or cracked, where roots were coming in, and where dirt was filling some of the pipe space. As I requested, James and a team came out on the 2nd of July, broke two parts of my driveway, dug down to the pipe and, again showed me that the rest of the ceramic pipe out to the street was also compromised. On the second day, they dug down 8 feet to the place where the pipe turned out to the street, a job that took many hours and required breaking through tree roots. On the fourth of July, a crew arrived, put together 100 feet of polyethylene pipe and, using a pipe burst method, replaced the old ceramic pipe. They backfilled the holes and relaid the cement in the driveway, cleaned up and left in time for us to have 8 guests for dinner. The service was great. I got advanced notice of who was the lead person on the project, a picture, and the date and time they and the team would arrive. The worked on the 4th of July. Team Rooter provides a 25 year warranty on all parts and labor. I highly recommend them.

Father and son team arrived at 10:30. The father proceeded to go upstairs to snake the drain in the shower and the son went to my kitchen too instal the garbage disposal that I bought at Costco . The garbage disposal took longer than expected because he claimed silicone used to seal the garbage disposal blah blah blah. The whole time the father was upstairs snaking my shower. When the sun was done you want upstairs to help his father snake for another hour. Still no luck. That’s win they both proceeded to my garage and started to make holes in the drywall to access pipes. I now have three large holes in my garage drywall that I will need to hire someone to patch over. The sonsubmitted me a bill for $830 WoW !, I noticed that he charged me $175 for his fathers labor. I am informed him that the agreement was $95 an hour for his services not his fathers service and I’m not going to pay labor charge for two people. That’s pretty shady. He agreed to take off the 175 but then he bumped up his labor charge. STAY AWAY !!!
