Our handyman recommended this company. I visited their store in N. Hollywood and talked to Won Kim. I got 3 bids including this company, and this company offered the lowest cost and sounded the most reasonable.
They sticked to the original price (although I added a small storage area floor later), original schedule (2 and a half days), showed up on time, cleaned up after each day, and their job was meticulously done. The owner came to check twice to see the progress. Very professional crew.
The headman Rodolfo did an excellent job paying attention to all the details including edge of the stairs and where the wood floor meets tile floor was done masterfully so that we wouldn't need any T bars. I would highly recommend them.

The wood floors in family room and bedroom were done in only a couple of days and they look good. The staircase took a week and the result was not as satisfying. The workers worked very hard though. The problem was that the guy gave us the estimate did not know exactly how the subcontractors would do the job and did not communicate with the workers well. Also because of the time overrun, the workers did not finish the staircase nicely.
