They did a super job,the guy is incredibly honest. The guy is very honest about showing you the parts to your vehicle and show you why things are priced the way they are and what part is going to best work for you.

It was excellent. There were major repairs and it was done very well. Overall we were extremely happy with them. He was very knowledgeable compared to the dealer to whom we had taken the car to but Subaru knew so much more what the problem was, did much more thoroughly than they suggested and for a better price. He is a real quality person. I felt he was extremely knowledgeable, and extremely fair and interested in doing a good job. Don't hesitate to use them.

The last work I had done involved replacing the front brakes due to warped rotors, and an oil and filter change. He also adjusted a power steering belt for no charge. Unlike dealerships he doesn't try and pad the bill or scare you into unnecessary services. As long as I've got a Subaru, I'll continue to go to him.

Went in for 90,000 mile service. TIre rotation apparently didn't include balance so it now has a hard pull to the right. Also a week after, we've got something leaking under the car. Called to bring it back in and they take no responsibility and have no openings for a few days. The last time we went in for a scheduled service they forgot to reconnect the air conditioning. Not much fun in SoCal in summer. Easy to fix, but a pain to make time to return to them.

They are very honest and very upfront. They are reasonably priced and has good delivery dates. I've never had to take anything back that he has fixed. He is absolutely top notch. I would never go back to a dealership after working with him.
