"We are sorry to learn that you are now dissatisfied with our services. After our installation, (early November 2010) you were very pleased with our work as you expressed satisfaction. You notified us recently (Feb 2011) that you had a security system recently integrated into the remote which we programmed in Nov 2010. and that you were now experiencing a problem with your system. You mentioned the system was working perfectly prior to the security system integration. We offered to recheck your system and you responded “Let me think about it.” It is unfair to place such a negative rating when your system's problem existed AFTER someone else integrated another system into your remote. We, however, still thank you for your business and hope you are now enjoying your system as you were enjoying it prior to the additional security system integration."
