+ -1 moreI called them up because I got their number from Samsung. I explained the problem and wanted to get an appointment. They took down all my info and all of a sudden said they would get back to me within an hour. Never happened! Not within the hour or later! Never! And never again it is!

+ -1 moreIt's not a good experience when you call, explain your issue, and are completely ignored. I wouldn't treat my customers this way. Not someone I would want to use.
Description of Work: We called and left messages for help on a television repair. No calls were ever returned. However, a competitor called back, after hours, and came out to fix immediately, so that was great.

+ -1 moreWhen our 60" Sony stopped working it was frustrating - we wanted a year or two more before replacing it. Called SoCal Tech since they are an authorized Sony repair referral. Talked to Chris and we were able to troubleshoot on the phone. He ordered a hard-to-get board. The part was quoted and ordered the same day. The part arrived yesterday and they scheduled a "next day" appt for the repair. The technician came on time today at noon, and replaced the part in 10 minutes. He also took all the trash with him. My techie son was so impressed with his efficiency and thoroughness. I'm happy. This was an easy such an easy experience and everyone at SoCal Tech was helpful and responsive!
Description of Work: SoCal Tech Chris diagnosed the problem on the phone and ordered a board for our Sony LCD television. The part arrived and was installed the very next day. (I couldn't rate price an "A" because the board was $$, but labor cost was reasonable.)
