First heard about this business from a friend who happens to use their service as well. After reading the reviews here, I think this is worth a shot. Called them up and I got hold of Chris, the person on the other line. She was nice and polite. They sent over 2 cleaners to start the work. I could see how hardworking the girls are and I am impressed with that. They made sure that every nook and cranny is cleaned well. After they were done, the place looks great and clean. Smells a whole lot better than when I did the cleaning myself. They definitely did a fine and thorough job. It was really worth every penny spent for their service. Recommending them for giving an awesome service.

So White does our commercial building around 5000 sq ft of carpet. We have used several carpet cleaners in the past and were not happy with the cleaning until we found SO White carpet cleaners. We have them come ever few months because there is high traffic and dogs in the building. I highly recommend their services.

Appointment was easily made. Very friendly on the phone. Cleaners arrived on time and in a great mood. There were two and they worked quickly and efficiently. Couch was FILTHY! They didn't get every thing out, but I was impressed by how clean and fresh smelling it turned out. Best part of it all...No up selling!!! Price was as quoted.

These guys are amazing. They cleaned both sides of our mattress in no time and it looks like new. I would definitely use them again. Very professional.

We had our entire house carpet cleaning 2200 ft. They also cleaned all the grout in our tiles. Not only were they efficient, but the carpets were actually dry per request. Drying the carpets has been a huge problem of ours with many cleaners. Out of the five or six cleaners I use this is the only one that actually got our carpets dry.

These guys are fine... Chris and Michael came by and cleaned the carpet and did a good, neat, energetic job. They were careful with the furniture and took their time and were ON TIME!!... nice guys, too. But here's my opinion on a few things:
Don't think you will be negotiating with ANY carpet people AFTER they get to your house unless you are seriously willing to send them away... they KNOW you want your carpets clean NOW. They know you've spent half a day, getting things prepped for them and you don't have much bargaining room. They will RARELY give you an exact price on the phone (and in their defense, they CAN'T)... but it puts them in the driver's seat when they show up.
I paid $300 for about 1500 square feet of carpeting... a hallway and about 5 rooms. (That part was within the rough quote they gave me on the phone. They didn't move beds (didn't need to) and most of the furniture was already out of the way... they still moved end tables and maybe 10 assorted small chairs and a few other-easy to move things.... no heavy lifting. I also paid another $225 for 3 medium areas rugs (about 8 by 10 ft) and 5 smaller door mat-size rugs.
$525 is not bad (plus tipped $30), I guess. Two guys here working pretty hard for three and a half hours.
NOTE: Tell them to bring and quot;corner protectorsand quot;. They told me that and quot;they must be in the other vanand quot; but I think they don't use them. They are dragging around a water/steam supply line PLUS a 4and quot; corrugated hose. Do you want those dragging along every corner in your house? I had them wait while I made protectors from a cardboard box.
One more thing... Lena (the girl in the office or owner or something) is really all over it. She called back at least six times trying to coordinate the work with us. Very nice and competent. And Chris called to say when he was on his way.

So White did a great job! They were right on time and got to work immediately. The process took about an hour and a half, and the furniture looks like new.
I selected this company specifically for its use of green materials. The technicians told me more about the products they use and, upon completing research, I was pleased that they were just as I had been told; they use Pro-Chem cleaners that are and quot;biodegradable, butyl-free, phosphate-free, and VOC compliant.and quot;

I have a large, two story house. It is 5000 sq ft and more than 2/3 of the house is wall to wall carpeting. I needed work done within a few days and he went out of his way to see that the job was done. He offered to come to my home for the estimate after hours in order to give me the estimate and came back in the next couple days to do the work. The owner's attitude was very friendly, yet professional. He was on time for the estimate and very thorough in his explanation of the work he would do and how it would be done. He was on time for the job and did what he said he would do at the time of the estimate. I would highly recommend this company. They did a good job at a good price and very professional.

We contacted So White Carpet Cleaning and Chris came to give us a free estimate to clean our 2 bedroom apartment. His price was very reasonable, so I hired him right away to do the job. He did an incredible job with both rooms. The carpet looks great. He's very professional and I would recommend his services without hesitation.
