Robert and his assistant, Lenny, fixed everything in the house that needed to be repaired - fixing door knobs, installing bathroom fixtures, sprinklers, etc. They were fast and efficient - highly competent. Personable and decent and great! We would hire them again!

.We did a contract with Smith and Son Handyman located in North hollywood. Robert Smith's phone number is 818-441-1603, he is a very nice guy. He charge us $2,300.00 to rebuild a deck, but he didn't have adequate people to do the job. He planed to use day labor from home depot, but we didn't allow him to because these people are usually illegal workers. We had to do a lot of the work ourselves and his level of work was not to our standards. He started work 11/3/11.

"This job was not completed by Smith and Son Handyman, for two resons. First client lied about pulling permits to do a complete teat down and reframe, ply and tile, second client breached the contract on the second day with putting in change orders and not wanting to pay for them. We kept a fair part of the contract for what was paid. We framed painted plyed and weather proofed the deckpluse poured a fouting that was not part of the deal for $1300. I have photos to prove it. You tell me if thats fair!!!"
