Precise Remodeling and Design

I first worked with Precise a few years ago on a full kitchen remodel, plus our guest and master bathrooms and laundry area. We were so happy with the results back then that when it came time to finally do our Landscape/Hardscape there was no question; we called Michael again. This time, we wanted to stay within our existing layout and work with what we had. Michael came in with such great ideas,  from resurfacing our old concrete to adding thoughtful lighting that completely changed the atmosphere. He just gets it and just like in our past projects, he blew us away with his taste, creativity, and eye for detail. The transformation is incredible. Our backyard feels like an entirely new space; warm, modern, and perfect for entertaining. Every time we have guests over, we get nonstop compliments. We hired Precise Remodeling and Design to convert our detached garage into an ADU, and we couldn’t be happier. Michael brought our vision to life and made the process smooth from start to finish. He thoughtfully maximized the space, designing a modern kitchen with deep navy cabinets, gold hardware, and floating shelves. The layout feels open and functional, and he even fit in a stackable washer and dryer—something we didn’t think possible. Michael also added smart storage throughout, including built-ins and creative closet solutions. A minor delay with cabinet hardware was handled quickly, and his communication was excellent. The final result is modern, warm, and super functional. We highly recommend Precise Remodeling and Design for anyone seeking quality craftsmanship and a team that truly cares.

Michael and crew did a great job in remodeling our 2 bathrooms and kitchen. They also painted inside our home as well as outside. They were always on time, respectful and hardworking. They scheduled the work to be done accordingly and finished earlier than expected. We are very satisfied with the outcome of the project. We have gained a friend with Michael.

After looking at reviews in other websites and doing my thorough research I decided to contact Precise. I needed a new ADU Garage conversion or figure out what to do with that space whether to expand or do the best with the existing space. I have had nightmares with hiring contractors in the past and people not showing up, so I needed someone very responsible, reliable and that I could trust. I schedule my meeting with Michael, and I was overly impressed with how knowledgeable, the recommendations, how easy it was to talk to him and a great listener with all the ideas I had in mind. Besides a free estimate he gave me some great ideas with design and colors, I really wanted a neutral pastel green to go with some furniture, but he advised on going with swiss coffee as it would make the space flow and expand the reflection from the windows; I loved that we decided to do that! We didnâ  t encounter any problems, his crew always arrived at the times scheduled, not like before as I mentioned people cancelling and wasting my time, this was not the case with Precise. The project was done in about two months and I am beyond happy with the outstanding job they performed and now I can enjoy this place so that friends and family can visit after the pandemic. I wanted to enclose my covered cement patio 15f Wx 30fH, and turn it into my new kitchen and incorporate the laundry room and mud room to match. Before I started I did all my homework and had my own plans and city approvals I was ready. I found these guys on HomeAdvisers.com. This company was right on time and on budget, the job was completed after 3 1/2 months in Dec. of 2018. The crew worked nonstop including the installation of a 48inc. 8 burner Viking series 7 looks AWSOME. Now that I've been working from home for the last 4 months I've really come to appreciate the transformation, the hard work, the expertise, and the planing that was put into this project. Michael and Andrea at Precise are superb! I'm blown away to the attention to detail and professionalism from the get-go. They created a lovely walk-In closet with recessed lights, beautiful shelving, new paint, custom cabinets etc. I also remodeled my master bathroom which looks fantastic, as well as opening the kitchen area to make it more spacious. I contacted Precise Remodeling and Design thru a friend of mine that just finished his house upgrades. Iâ ve always being so skeptical about any company these days, so I was so glad I was able to see the results for my friendâ s before I hired them. Michael at Precise responded right away, scheduled his visit within two days, he came over, we talked about my goals and he gave me some excellent design ideas along with a free estimate and proposal; they began working the following week. The crew worked effectively and went above and beyond. The price was fair and I appreciated that immensely (it was a big job in multiple areas of the house) Highly recommend Michael and everyone at Precise Remodeling!

They are great to work with!!! I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR SERVICE!! They truly care about their clients and it shows through their actions. We had precise convert our garage to a living space for my mother who lives with us. We had them do everything from creating the plans and get them approved with the city, to the actual work. Even though the city gave us a really hard time, they were able to pull it off! Their workmanship is great and we are very grateful for everything Michael and his team did for us. Precise workers arrived to work every day, and always made sure to keep the area was clean when the work day was done. They set a very high standard of how a service oriented company should handle their affairs and we were lucky to have them on our side, first with the city and later with the actual work. Having had some horrible nightmares working with contractors in the past, I braced for the worst again this time; but I was surprised. I Had some remodeling work with Precise. Everything about them was so professional: Arriving when promised, clean, organized etcâ ¦ Returning phone calls the same day, appearing when promised, and most importantly getting a proposal/estimate in short order which is surprising in this business. Excellent service, the work was done really well, and exactly how I imagined it. No surprises, no unexpected changes. So happy with the outcomeâ ¦. 6 stars, if I ever need work again done in my home, I will not hesitate to call them. Thank you Michael!

I meant to write this review long time ago and finally here it is :))! ! Michael showed up on time and provided a fair estimate, I had also other companies, but he was more personable and explained the plan very well. When they did the work on my house they were again timely (which is super important for me) and completed the job quickly. I constantly fly and move around the world for my job, so it was very important that they finished on or before the date that was given. They run their business professionally and do a great job. I appreciate the open line of communication throughout the job, changes were made, and he made sure I felt comfortable with the price and alterations; could not be happier I will use them again.

We recently finished a complete kitchen remodel that was quite a large undertaking as it involved a number of unknowns regarding plumbing, electric, as well as layout and construction. To add to this, we were on a tight timeline. This definitely added pressure to the project. Michael really did an outstanding job! From beginning to end, he was in constant communication (very important!)with us as to what was happening and offer his expertise with regard to design, construction and timeline goals. Any concerns and obstacles that arose were promptly dealt with, which made us feel a lot more at ease. Michael definitely has the qualities that one would hope to find in all contractors-integrity, reliability and a hard work ethic. We really appreciated the time he spent with us, so as to fully understand what we wanted from our Kitchen. His valuable design experience really helped make this the Kitchen that we had hoped for. It turned out Beautifully!!

I had my kitchen remodel done and the whole experience was positive. Michael gave me a fair quote which made me hire them. I am glad I did hire them to do my kitchen because all my friends are complimenting how my kitchen looks beautiful and everyone wants to do their remodeling with Precise Remodeling! This review is a bit overdue but Precise remodeling and design remodeled two bathrooms and one kitchen for us in our apartment complex as well as many other things we needed done to be up to code or needed fixing up. They were very straightforward with prices and never caught us by surprise with anything. The people that worked (Michael and Joseph) did a great job and are very friendly. They work quickly and efficiently and we were incredibly happy with the results. And they are very easy to get in touch with which was convenient whenever we had questions. We would absolutely use them again!

We were so glad we used Precise Remodeling and Design for the renovation of 2 bathrooms. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was fair. Both bathrooms were small and they made efficient use of the space. Michael and all of the others worked so hard every day and made it possible for us to have a functioning bathroom really fast.
