I met Arman while shopping for a modern kitchen. Without any referral or prior connection, I chose to work with him because I felt I could trust him with the project—and I’m glad I did. Our kitchen turned out beautifully, and Arman stood by every promise. He handled installation issues and warranty concerns with a strong focus on customer service. I highly recommend Polaris for modern kitchen design, fabrication, and seeing the project through to completion.

Went there on a Saturday . No one came up to me to see if I wanted help . I think they had one employee working there who pretty much ignored me (he was helping another customer) I interrupted him and asked him if anyone else was working there . He said no and turned to me . The lady he was helping tells me that he is helping her. I tell her I am not trying to take him away from her but I need another salesperson . Instead of saying like please be patient as no one else around or I will try to get you another salesperson, he goes back to her . We waited another five minutes being ignored and we left. Needless to say , they lost my business . I am remodeling my bathroom

I have been very happy with Polaris, I went to many different cabinet stores around Los Angeles before deciding on them, I was very pleased with quality of their products and the service. It’s a family business, and Arman who owns the company with his family personally helped me, he was alway available, came to my residence a few times to make measurements, gave me valuable advice, and checked on the work to make sure it got done well, I was very happy with using them.

I would give 10 stars if I could! We had a great experience working with Arman at Polaris on kitchen cabinets, a custom pantry, and a custom wardrobe in our bedroom. He is very professional, thorough, and a timely and clear communicator. We started working with him in May for a December install date and found the planning process very easy. Arman was able to do everything we asked, including adding a custom cubby into our pantry for our cat's litter box (this is nuts, I know). And the installation process-WOW. Ruben installed all of the cabinets and we were OBSESSED with him. He is VERY meticulous, an absolute perfectionist who is very professional. Every single cabinet was installed perfectly and looks GORGEOUS. We literally can't believe these cabinets are ours! Thank you so much! PS - We initially planned to work with a ~cool~ custom cabinetry company called Reform Kitchens who a) had a crappy planning process; b) did not do their own measurements but relied on the client to do DIY them; c) did not offer installation; and d) had subpar materials to what Polaris offers. Polaris was definitely the better route and I'm so glad we were referred to them. Phew!
