Eddy responded promptly to a nighttime call for service, and did not charge us for the hour he spent climbing and crawling around in the dark to locate the problem. He arrived on time the day after we returned from being out of town to fix the problem. The job seemed challenging, and I felt the price was very fair.

We could not say enough about this company. It has a great reputation and there are reasons for that. We have used them again because they are our electric company of choice. They are respectful, they show up on time, and they do accurate work. For those reasons, we continue to support their business. For the upgrading of our electric services so that we could have greater electrical capabilities in our home, I can not recall what we paid. I think that job was subcontracted out and networked through our builder. So, we would not have directly given Pine payment for this upgrade. Our builder would have paid them out of what we gave him for other work at our home.

Eddy has done several jobs at our house, including troubleshooting work and straight install of new fixtures, exhaust fans and outlets. It has always been a pleasant experience. He's knowledgeable, fast, clean and a really nice guy.
