I've used this company to clear up our bathroom sink and shower drains. They do a fine job and try to stay away from chemicals. They even wipe up after themselves so you don't have shoe stains in your bathroom. I'm giving them a "C" for professionalism because they don't wear uniforms; two guys wearing T-shirts, jeans, and sneakers usually show up. They also don't take AmEx.

OVERALL I WOULD SAY IT WAS A "C" BECAUSE, FIRST OF ALL, THEY WERE SUPOSSED TO COME IN AND GIVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE AND COME IN THE FOLLOWING WEEK. HE CAME IN AND SAID HE WANTED TO DO IT THAT DAY BECAUSE HE WAS BUSY FOR THE NEXT THREE WEEKS. EVERYBODY IS SO BUSY THAT THEY MAKE ONE OFFER, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT.
