In a process of unclogging a bath, one of the laundry faucets was opened and flooded entire condominium. If that was not bad enough, he refused to do anything about it. I attempted to go after his liability insurance. It turned out that he has no license or insurance. They do not stand behind their work. Stay away from this company.

My plumber has recommended, and we've used, Olsen's several times in the past. I called in the morning and the technician was here by the afternoon. As always, he worked quickly, cleaned up after himself, and now the drain is draining.

Olsen's responded quickly, worked efficiently and didn't seem to try to run up on expensive bill on me. And everything seems to be working fine now.
