Robert is a pleasure to work with. He is personally involved and on site daily. He personally oversees all sub contractors. His attention to detail, work ethic, promptness and follow through made this large construction project possible! To me part of what makes him exceptional is that #1 he cares! #2 He always tells us what is going on and gives us options. He has great ideas and solutions. I have know him for over 30 years and he has helped us on many smaller projects during that time. Everyone complains about their contractor, I feel so fortunate to have Robert Nicklas as a resource, adviser and general contractor.
