The Neptune Construction company was timely, efficient and does wonderful work. Boaz Hillel provided the design and then with precision installed what he designed. He stands behind the quality of the product delivered and made sure we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of the project. For example the guest house shower tile was not installed correctly the first time, the tile was not secured to the wall. Neptune reinstalled the complete shower without hesitation. This project was huge involving the kitchen, master bathroom, fireplace, decking and converting the garage into a guest space. Boaz provided his decorator eye, which we don't have, and helped us build our dream home. I have and I will continue to refer Neptune Construction to anyone who has remodeling that needs to be done. We will use this company in the future. I can't recommend them enough.

The end product turned out amazing! The removal of a partial wall and changing from black to white cabinets completely changed the feel of the room. The project finished reasonably quickly (about a month) although there were some minor delays, some of which were not the contractor's fault. However, one should be aware that these projects typically will take a bit longer than the initial estimate. Fortunately we did not encounter any major issues.
Boaz is extremely professional and communicates very quickly, like trying to fix the dishwasher after re-installation. While he could not fix it himself, he paid for an expert to take care of it.
In summary, he is trustworthy and does a very good job.

This is our third time using Neptune Construction and Remodeling Co (twice at our home and once at my parent's).  We had such a good experience with them the first two times we didn't even bother getting other estimates (note: our first time we interview 10 contractors before deciding on Boaz.)  Boaz Hillel is a man of integrity and a pleasure to work with.  He is very attentive to the needs of the customer and extremely patient. He listens to your wants and needs and makes helpful creative suggestions.  He is always available and remains in constant contact with the homeowner. He is flexible when changes are requested. He always makes us feel valued as a customer, giving us his undivided attention at all times. On all three jobs he was right on schedule, in fact we finished a couple of days ahead of time.  We were able to keep within our estimated contract budget.   His workers, also are all very professional, courteous, and efficient. This review is based on our latest experience for our bathroom renovation which was totally gutted because we had wood rot and termite damage.
Fernando gets an (A) for installing new tile floor and tub/shower.
Daniel and his crew get an (A-) for demolition and safely removing our old glass shower doors and oak vanity (so that we could use them again.) Replacing all framing and sub floor which was damage from termites and wood rot, replaced plumbing for new shower; installation of new lighting fixture; plastering, installation of new faucets, toilet, handicap bars, successfully reinstalling our old custom made shower doors and oak vanity. Replacing electrical outlets, and installation of new doors and hardware. 
Roberto gets an (A) for painting.
Note: the approximate cost does not include fixtures such as new toilet, new light fixture, new granite countertop, new faucet, new man door.  In an effort to keep our cost down we opted to use our existing mirror, medicine cabinet, tub, vanity, and glass shower doors.
Will definitely use Boaz's company again for future work.

Neptune was always on time and the workers were very courteous and polite. Mr Hillel was very helpful with the remodeling of our home with his ideas and suggestions. He made the remodel stress free as he was always available whenever needed. Mr. Hillel held his workers to the highest standards. I would recommend Mr. Hillel to anyone who is interested in remodeling their home.

Overall we were very pleased with the professional job they did - from setting up the appt to the finishing of the pebble-coat. When they said they would be there they were and didn't leave until the job was finished for the day. I was also impressed with how clean they were and how little disruption such a big job caused to our house and the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend them and in fact have already.

Overall I couldn't be happier with their work. They showed up on time and were very neat and clean in the work they did. I first met the Project Manager at a home and garden show in Pasadena and told him what work I needed done. He made an appt. that day for the future to estimate it. He called the day before to confirm the appt. and then showed up on time. After giving him the go-ahead, his crew showed up on time, did the very messy work of removing old concrete and dirt and prepared for the concrete pour the next day. The dirt was removed and the concrete pour was done well.
We are very satisfied with them as a contractor and will use them again.
