MARCIANO CONSTRUCTION

Mariano Construction is a company I would never again use in the future. The two men actually split up during our remodeling process and one of them was told to not come back on my property. The new people that took over our remodeling was terrible as well. I had initially paid for the plans and it was nothing like I wanted it to be so I asked them to change it. When this company took over I had asked them about the plans and they told me it would be an additional cost. I think I was overcharged a lot. They were disrespectful and one of their employees actually told me to shut up. The company that they subcontracted work out to came out once and then they never came back. Overall, I would give this company straight F's across the board and would caution others against using them. They will overcharge you and make you feel like a dissatisfied customer.

The service was fair and I defiantly had my share of problems. There were a lot of things that were not done correctly and the company had to come back on several occasions to correct it. The work seemed to be done sloppy and I was not very impressed. I think that they could have done better work. I would not recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. The company made me feel comfortable with my financial decision. They were on time and friendly as well. I thought that the price was reasonable as well. I would recommend this company as well to my family and friends. I saved up all of the money for twelve years to have this work done, even though it was quite costly.

BASICALLY, I FELT THAT I HAD X AMOUNT OF DOLLARS, AND I HAD A LOT TO DO TO AN OLD HOME. I FELT THAT WHEN I WAS OUT THERE BIDDING FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME A LOT FOR MY MONEY, AND THEY WOULDN'T BE TOO MUCH OF A PERFECTIONIST.
