We've got an old house so our water regulator needs to be changed every two years. We learned this the expensive way through using George Brazil. A friend of our raved about a plumber she discovered, so, since we knew what the problem was we decided to try him. And what a treasure this guy is!!! He quoted us 380, (fully half of what George Brazil charged!) and said if there were any problems, it was his fault and he'd cover it. Sure enough a problem arose needing a bit more time and another part. He got the other part, put in the time, and kept his word. We're going to do a bathroom and bedroom addition and I want this guy to do our plumbing. He rocks, and you should treat yourself to working with him.
