Rental property. The former owners of the apartments did not complete the repairs for two vacant apartments. One two bedroom apartment needed patching and painting. The second three bedroom apartment had left over trash for the previous contractor and tenant. All of the drywall from the ceiling was missing. The bathroom and hallway floors were in poor condition. Installed drywall, painted, replaced kitchen faucet, linoleum floors, closet doors, caulked bathroom and kitchen, and threw away trash. Performed other tasks for existing tenants, like changed a lock, removed ceiling tiles, changed lighting fixture, and patched ceiling holes.
