"The $20 locksmith service call deal. Yes, it indeed covers the service call charge of us coming to you, However, it DOES NOT include any additional labor including but not limited to lockout service. On the actual Deal Web Page, there are details that specifically state "deal does not include lockout service." Lock Solutions Inc has no control of what is being assumed by the purchaser. These deals are stated clearly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope you understand and have it in your heart to change your review as it has a negative affect on our business and we feel like we did a good job, as we arrived on time, and opened your door with no issues. There are many other locksmiths that would have tried to drill out your lock which would leave you no choice but to replace it and pay a lot more money. We are a legitimate local locksmith company and we are NOT out to scam or mislead anyone. Thank you."
on time. My situation required a creative, custom solution that really
needed some thought, expertise and guidance. They designed a great
lock and installed in during a time that was convenient to my business,
coming out on a Sunday morning. On time! Once here, they suggested an
even better solution to the problem which would be significantly more
expensive but it is something I will consider once I get the costs in
writing. They were honest, reliable and could "think out of the box" -
something not easily found these day.
