Reliable and consistent. I have called them for an estimate on another job, but I ended up doing something different. But when I called them the second time, same thing...Quick to respond, courteous and good pricing.
Seriously kind guys. I tried to help move some shelves so that they could get to the area to work, and Ben said they would take care of everything. I tried cleaning up around them and they said they would take care of it. Some contractors say these things, but they do not deliver.
I would recommend In-n-Out Electrical for sure.
Ben and his assistant showed up at the agreed-upon time and got right to work. They covered the work area with plastic. Since there was no fixture in the ceiling, they had to cut into the ceiling and the wall by the switch. Ben had estimated 10 holes total, but in the end only had to make six. We really appreciated having less holes to fix. He politely answered all of my questions during the installation process.
Ben and his assistant were quick, clean and quiet. The fan looks great! My husband and I are very pleased.

the job on the spot should we choose to use them. They brought a demo of an LED
recessed light to show us what it would be like. Their prices were quite competitive with
the quotes we had received from other providers and their reviews were good on Yelp so we used them.
Before beginning the work Ben and Javier moved all the furniture out of the
room and covered everything with plastic. They spoke English only to
each other while working, so we always knew what they were saying to
each other about our house. They were pleasant to be around as well.
The lights were installed and the mess cleaned up within 4 hours!
The difference in the room was amazing. I would totally use them
again for any electrical work.
Our experience with In-N-Out was great. They were easy to schedule, gave an accurate estimate for the work, and showed up on time. The quality of their work was very high and they were careful to clean up throughout the day to keep the dust to a minimum.
While they were doing their work they found that much of the house still had its original 1936 wiring. They recommended we do a complete rewiring after seeing that much of the 1936 wiring was in very poor condition and dangerous to keep in place. Although I hadn't budgeted for such a large job they were willing to work with me on price to get the job done. As before, the work was completed quickly and professionally.
Based on my experience I highly recommend In-N-Out Electrical. They are good on price, high on quality, and easy to work with. It's rare to find people today that take so much pride in their work.
