Geoff was professional and cared about my wife's concerns.  He was able to provide a model so my wife can see what the custom island would look like.  He had the cabinets built and countertops were installed in a timely fashion. He also repaired a sliding door which was warped in the family room

He took my deposit when he came out to give me an estimate, and never has returned.

WE HAVE LEFT MESSAGES AND TALKED TO HIM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS (WHEN HE HAPPENS TO ANSWER PHONE) AND HE HAS TOLD US OF A SERIES OF PROBLEMS AND UNFORTUNATE THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED TO HIM IN THE PAST WEEKS. HE EVEN SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO COME BACK AND FINISH THREE WEEKS AGO SUNDAY... AND NEVER SHOWED UP. WE FELT BAD FOR HIM AT FIRST AND WERE MORE THAN PATIENT. NOW, WE THINK HE IS JUST STRINGING US ALONG. WE HEAR THINGS LIKE "OH, YEAH, CAN GEOFF CALL YOU RIGHT BACK?" AND HE NEVER DOES. I HAVE JUST LOOKED AT HIS PAGE ON YOUR SITE AND IT SEEMS THERE ARE TWO NEW REPORTS (SINCE OUR WORK WAS DONE) AND BOTH ARE ALL F'S! I BELIEVE HE IS HAVING A LOT OF PERSONAL PROBLEMS - BUT THAT IS NO EXCUSE FOR HIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. HE NEEDED TO COMMUNICATE WITH US, GET HIS PARTNER AND OTHER STAFF INVOLVED, ETC. ALL HE HAS DONE IS BROKEN PROMISES. AT THIS POINT, WE REALLY JUST WANT OUR MONEY REFUNDED. WE HAVE NO INTEREST IN WORKING WITH HIM AGAIN.

CALLED 3 TIMES, NO REPLY. WHEN I CALLED BACK, I NEVER GOT TO TALK TO OWNER, JUST TO ASSISTANT. NEVER CALLED BACK, REASON FOR CALL WAS PART OF FENCE WAS FALLING. FRIEND I KNEW CAME AND FIXED THE FENCE, SO I WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN.

Got the work done quick and for a good price. I'd use them again.

They were on time and personable.

Geoff was courteous and informative. He came out the day I phoned him and finished the repairs the very next day. He was on time (which is so rare for most of the handymen I have dealt with) and completed the job quickly. I have to say it was a pleasure meeting him. I look forward to having him come back to work on other needed repairs.

BOTH PARTNERS WERE POLITE AND LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS SAYING, I DID NOT ASK THE PRICE OR ANYTHING, BECAUSE I NEEDED THE JOB DONE, FEARFUL MY FENCE WOULD FALL OVER, I WAS HAPPY THEY SHOWED UP. GEOFF KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND ALONG WITH HIS PARTNER, COMPLETED THE JOB MUCH TO MY SATISFACTION. I FELT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AS IT REQUIRED TWO MEN TO DO THE JOB. I WOULD HONESTLY CALL THEM AGAIN.

Geoff initially applied a prefab caulk, which seemed like a great idea because it made a clean line, which tube caulk would not have done, but the prefab stuff didn't stick very well. Geoff honored his guarantee and came back twice to try to solve the problem; when the caulk still didn't stick, he removed it and applied tube caulk at no cost. He was always very easy to reach and came and did the work very quickly. Very pleasant guy too. B on quality only because he used a material he was not familiar with, and it didn't work out -- but the finished job was good in the end.
