It went fine. He finished in like an hour and 15 minutes and took off. I was happy with him. If I had other things I would have had him do. He finished early and he left early. There were no problems. He told me to go buy the parts and I went and bought the parts that you put in the faucet to keep it from dripping. There was some corrosion in there that we didn't get all out on the place it is sealed. So it is dripping a little bit, but my wife doesn't notice it. So, I don't care. It was driving her crazy. We're going to put a new faucet in there anyway. It was well worth the money.

It worked out okay. He came and did the job. He was nice. I sent him a picture of the faucet and he bought me one on his way because I can't go out too much. He installed it and everything is working perfect. I paid for the faucet, he told me how much, he showed me the receipt and I gave him the money for the faucet. care. The price was okay. He did a good job and he came on time. They were very courteous on the phone, they sent me someone right away. They were really nice people.

I scheduled the work. They were super busy and came out the next week. The man they sent out was very hurried and didn't even tell me his name. My toilet was continuously running. He looked at it and said it was okay. I was also having trouble with my dishwasher. I showed him the dishwasher, and he cleaned out a rubber hose saying that should fix it. He was at my house for a half hour. Later, when I ran my dishwasher, it over flowed. I called him back, and he said that he he would not come back out unless I paid additional money. He was so hurried that he didn't leave any paperwork or anything. I only got 30 minutes worth of work instead of the 2 hours I paid for. Now I have to pay someone else to do this work.

Our technician John was onsite and resolved your issues based on what you were experiencing and needed fixed. The package purchased was for 2hr plumbing service. Labor only. Some issues might take longer to resolve and others will resolve within minutes. First scope of work was a continuously running toilet. Our tech checked and tested the toilet. He was not able recreate the continuously running toilet issues with you. You were satisfied with the results and our technician moved to your 2nd issue. Second scope of work was the dishwasher backing up. Our tech removed the Air GAP to flush and cleaned the drain. He mentioned you had a heavy buildup. All buildup will cause the dishwasher not to drain properly. Our technician left your residence completing all your requests. Issues arising after a week or month can be caused by other issues. Your 2nd request is considered a new service. We apologize for the issues you are experiencing and will be happy to resolve for you, if you wish to pay for the 2nd service. Any questions or concerns please feel to contact us at anytime."

John was very quick to come and assess the situation.. Because of the age of the fixtures involved we had to get new fixtures and John said he would come back after we received the new fixtures. I called in the evening and he came the next day and replaced the shower and sink fixtures. I would say in all my years of using service people John stands out as the best of all of them I would gladly use John and highly recommended him.

The contractor NEVER showed for the scheduled appointment. I made the appointment 2 days ahead of time. On the day of the appointment, the contractor never called to say when he was coming. (We previously agreed that he come early am.) I then texted and called the contractor, and he replied that he should be on his way in a couple hours. A few hours later, no call or text. So, I call again. He says he is on another job, but will get to me later that day or anytime I want the next day. End of the day, no call or text. So, I call again, and ask him to come first thing in the morning. He now says he can only come at the end of the day. So, he blows me off, and then wants me to make it convenient for him. NO. I wasted my entire day waiting for this person, who completely disrespected my time. If you like contractors to come on time, do not use this person

I called him and he was here within an hour, he called me when he was on his way, which is always a bonus. He was quick and really knew what he was doing. I had some issues with the way my faucet had been connected and I will call John in the future so that he can fix it.

I had bought a deal for 2 Hours of Plumbing Labor. He said that this was only for labor, not the parts so it was going to cost much more than this. He seemed to be unwilling to work with me. He didn't want to take care of the whole problem. He is hard to work with. He didn't know how to communication with my needs. He is friendly with me.

"You think that I'm supposed to have all the brand parts in stock. You only bought the labor not the materials. The materials have a different cost and the brands can depend for the price range. Next time you should have the materials ready for the labor you paid for. You also bought the special of two hour labor but the job you wanted was a eight hour process. That's impossible to do in two hours if its a eight hour job. Thank you"

Provider came on time as promised. He brought the tankless heater brand new in the box along with his tools. I haven't seen a plumbing van clean and organized. Provider had all the tools and parts to complete the job. He explained what he needed to do and went to town. Kept work area clean. Provider delivered as promised no upsell. Now don't have issues with all 5 bathrooms I use and experience cold water when showering.

It went tremendously well. This was the first time I had a major plumbing issue at my house. John was able to respond right away, provide an access and estimate and finish the job with no surprising and exactly at his estimate cost. I contacted John from Gamma Plumbing following a remodel of my kitchen because I needed an installation of a new sink, fixtures, drains, garbage disposal, water-filtration system, dishwasher, and all necessary plumbing.  John was extremely polite and accommodating, and he agreed to work around my schedule by visiting me during the early evening.  He was extremely organized, worked quickly, and produced an extremely clean end result with an excellent attention to detail.  Throughout the process he was very professional and ensured that I was informed about every step.  I realized that I had provided him with several fittings that were not correct; fortunately John had the correct parts available on his truck and he was able to complete the project quickly.  I've never experienced this level of piece of mind when dealing with a plumber - highly recommended!
