I specifically asked for 1 person on the 6 hours of housecleaning; they told me they don’t do that and they brought out 2 cleaners. They did a fine job for me and everything was good.

It went fine, Very quick and thorough. I would recommend to anyone.

It went great!!.

G&C were very gracious when I had to cancel service at the last minute due to a death in the family.  I was not charged extra for the late cancellation.  Because of the time limitation (the four hours of service were delivered in the form of a three-member team that worked for 1 hour 20 minutes) I asked for a strategic strike:  clean only the bathrooms and vacuum.  The team was courteous and professional.  While they came with their own cleaning supplies, they did not have certain items they prefer to use.  The condition of the rooms to be cleaned was pretty bad but the team did a good job given the limited timeframe they were here.  The team leader was very nice.  The price I was charged was a promotional price. I would absolutely call G&C cleaners again!

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for 6 hours of cleaning and was so impressed with their service that I hired them to come once a week. 
 I previously had one house cleaner who would come and spend a LONG time here -and simply because there was a lot that needed doing, it just wasn't an efficient use of time or effort.  One person (or even two) simply can't do what the 3 person team of G & J can do.   They are thorough, fast working and attentive to what my personal cleaning needs are.  For example, my old cleaners didn't feel comfortable hanging up clothes and returning various items to their presumed rightful place.  The old cleaners wouldn't throw away an empty shampoo bottle that was in the shower, etc - for fear that it would be wrong.  I told Rosember (the young guy who is G & J's company founder) that I had no problem with guesses being made in this area, and my house has felt a lot more orderly ever since.  This is just my personal preference however.  Otherwise I think nothing would leave the room it was in.  
They do floors, change sheets, clean all countertops and surfaces and dust.  I am sure there are many other things, but I'm often away when they work so I'm not sure.  I am definitely happy with the service so far. 

I asked for 2 people and 3 hrs of service..they arrived at 7am (an hour early) with 3 people who would work for onlyfor 2 hrs, they stated. Were slow, took forever, disconnected my cable tv after I told them NOT to touch he controls when they dusted (which they did anyways)..and then rushed at 5 minutes before the end of hour two to mop, sweep, and finish cleaning. They left a bag of trash at the front door and a bottle of cleaning fluid in the living room. The man also told me that someone had stolen their vacuum out of his truck in front of my house, so I had to let them use mine. I was extremely angry at them disconnecting my cable tv and called Time Warner to have the walk me through getting it back on line, which took over 15 minutes, meanwhile the cleaning crew left from the front door while I was on the phone in the living room with Time Warner, and did not even say goodbye. Not a good experience.

They did a thorough job and I was happy with the results. They were polite and quick. My only complaint was that they were three hours late. They called once to say they were going to be one hour late and then showed up two hours after that.

Cleaners arrived on time, company worked around my schedule, cleaning was adequate. However.... when the cleaners were leaving we found our blow dryer in their plastic debris bag, only solid object in there, kind of difficult not to be aware that it was in there. Could be an honest mistake but I won't take the chance. No telling if other objects are gone.

READ THE YELP REVIEWS!!!!!  Had I read those reviews, I would have NEVER, EVER hired
these people!!!  The vast majority of people there had terrible experiences. I made a big mistake by ignoring the ?F? reviews here on Angie?s List.  I told myself that plenty of folks had good experiences, so the others must be an anomaly.  The ?F?s are there for a reason.  Heed them.
I had initially planned to buy the Angie?s List deal for $99 and 6 hours of work.  But I was unable to find their hours on the site, so I contacted them directly, to find out if they worked on Saturdays.  I didn?t want to be stuck with a purchase that I couldn?t use.  The guy in charge (Rosember Gonzalez), responded, and basically said that there are ?limitations? in the deal, and
that I should just go through them directly.  This seemed sketchy to me.  Clearly he was trying to bypass Angie?s List, so that he
wouldn?t lose whatever percentage they take.  Although I was a bit uncomfortable with this, I didn?t really have time to shop around, so I went with it.
First of all, they were late, almost an hour.  I was willing to let it go.  Unfortunately there was more. The cleaning ladies were fine.  Very nice and very thorough.  I was  impressed with their work?until 4 days later, when we noticed that they had broken a
one-of-a-kind statuette.  The professional thing to do would have been to let us know and apologize.  Not to pretend it didn?t happen, and hope we wouldn?t notice.
Mr. Gonzalez gave me the estimate of $120 based on 3 cleaners, working for 2 hours. But the day of, he said that he was unable to come.  It didn?t bother me, I figured the house would still get clean.  When the work was done, I wondered if the price would change since it was only 2 cleaners.  This was my first time having house cleaners, and I really was unsure how the whole pricing
thing worked.  So I called Mr. Gonzalez while the ladies were still there, but he didn?t answer.  Not wanting to keep ladies waiting
while I sorted this out, I paid them the original amount ($120), plus a GENEROUS tip.  After they left, he called me back.  I asked about it, and he said that since there were only 2 workers, I would be refunded $30. We agreed he would take care of it when he
arrived to pick them up.  He would call me, since I was going to be in theyard.  Guess what?  He picked them up and took off.  I never got a call.  I half expected to see the cash in the mailbox the next day, but nope. Nothing.  And guess what?  When I
emailed him about it, I got no response whatsoever. And NOW that I have discovered the broken statuette, I am absolutely LIVID.  I will NEVER do business with them again, and would STRONGLY suggest that you don?t either.  Yes the house is clean, but the fact that I was manipulated and lied to, has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth.
UPDATE: 
Just prior to writing this review, I made one last ditch attempt to contact Mr. Gonzalez.  I emailed him letting him know that since he clearly had no intention of responding to my email, I was letting him know to expect an ?F? review here.  He responded with an email in which he  made several assertions that were ridiculous.  For example, he said that he told me NOT to pay the ladies (untrue, I clearly told him that I had already paid them) and that he assumed since I had paid, I was fine with the amount.  Hence, no phone call or refund. If that were the case, why had I bothered calling him in the first place?!?!  And we had clearly agreed that he would call upon arrival so we could sort it out.  He said that it was ?weird? that I didn?t discover the
broken item until 4 days later, and that I told him everything was fine.  At the time, yes, I thought so.  I guess I didn?t think I needed to scour every inch of my home for damage, and then, only then, allow them to leave.  Apparently I should have.  He condescendingly said that since I was making such a fuss over the money, that I must need it more than they
do.  Wow.  SO, NOT THE POINT!!!! It?s called professionalism and honesty.  And, of course, I certainly would not have given generous tips (or any for that matter) had I discovered that something was broken. 
Having said all of that, he DID offer to pay the refund he owed me and whatever else I deemed appropriate for the damage.  But I intend to decline. I would just prefer to have no further interactions with him or his company.

I could tell they were just starting, but they did the job they were hired to do. I just felt they needed a little supervision as they were just starting out. However, I have no complaints with their work overall.

G & J provided excellent service all around.  They contacted me within 36 hours of purchasing a deal on Angie's List to confirm an appointment and were available to fit me in my suggested days which I wasn't expecting since I was giving very short notice.  They arrived right on time with 3 cleaners and went to work immediately.  I had purchased the $80 for 4 (man) hours of cleaning.  It was explained to me that they would be going a little over the time to ensure a good job since there were so many rooms.  They promised (and did) to keep the price aligned to the deal I bought of $20 per hour which was very fair.
When I arrived back at the house at their completion I was amazed at how great a job they did.  All of the floors (wood and tile), baseboards, counter tops, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, and closets were cleaned beautifully.  They even cleaned the exterior of some of the more prominent windows which was going above and beyond on their part since I had hired them for interior cleaning.
I would recommend G & J to anyone.  I will be using them again shortly myself for cleaning of the apartment I am moving out of and am heavily considering setting up regular house cleaning service with them.

They were excellent.  They were the best people I have ever had for cleaning.  They were very efficient.  They asked questions if they weren’t sure how things had to be done.  They made sure to do things that other people ignored.  They brought sufficient cleaning materials.  They made sure that they didn’t walk all over the wet floor.  They were very professional in general.  I didn’t pay anything more than the Big Deal.  I didn’t want to go over the coupon and they were very respectful of that.

This was a relatively small job, and they were done in less than an hour.  I gladly recommend them and will use them again.

Very nice, professional and hardworking team. They accomplished all of their tasks but still moved quickly. All of the general work you would expect out of a cleaning crew ( dusting, wash floors, deep clean bathroom) plus the above and beyond extras like cleaning ceiling fans, removing tough hard water stains and cleaning all windows. I was so happy with the results that i schedule a return service for next month. I have tried 4 different cleaning companies through angies list and this is the best service and best price. Use with confidence.

The three person team arrived on time, asked if I had any special priorities, and worked for about 3 hours.  They did a great job with some very minor misses such as part of hall mirror. I plan to use them again.  Their price is hard to beat.

Bought a voucher from amazon local for four hours of cleaning.  Rosenberg answered my call immediately and was able to schedule me on the day I requested for the following week.  He arrived with two women and I showed him what was important to get done in their alloted time as well as the standard cleaning.  They completed most everything in a little over an hour.  From the first contact I found Rosenberg to be  very pleasant and accommodating and would definitely use him again.

There was Rosenber and 2 ladies.... They cleaned Den, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They were very polite and did a good job of cleaning. He ask  what I needed to be done and was very good in completing the job in a timely manner. I will hire   them again in the future.   Great job!  Thank You

It was good but I’m really not very satisfied with them. One lady was good. She was really very careful and she could see all the small things. She cleaned the kitchen and I’m very satisfied with her work. The other ladies were not good. They didn’t do a lot of stuff and I had to show them what to do. They do it the way they want to do it and not the way I want to. But generally, it was okay. I just used them once. They said that they have like $85 for the first time cleaning, it was kind of a discount, but they charged me $120. He said they’re gonna give me discount if it was about $100 and because of this and that, he cancelled it or something and with the discount and everything, it’s gonna be $120. Their responsiveness was good. I called them and they were nice and polite. They answered the phone and were on time. The whole staff was very good.
