FUTURE CUSTOM HARDWOOD FLOOR

Learn from my mistake and do NOT call Yehuda Oz/Future Custom Hardwood Floors for your floors. Yehuda Oz is a crook and a fraud. He ruined our floors, leaving them looking worse than they did before he started the job. There are big spots in central areas that look markedly different from the rest of the floors. He could not and would not fix it. His workers do not work for him, but are contracted out and do a horrible job. We have called him repeatedly over the past several weeks to have him fix it and he will not pick up the phone or return our calls. At first he had his wife call to say he was out of town. Then he called another time to say he had lost his cell phone. Then he ceased to return our calls altogether. We spent $2400 for him to make our floors look bad and now will have to spend another $3000 to fix his mistakes. Also of note, he refused to finish the job until we wrote a good referral in his book. It wasn't until after he finished that we saw what a terrible job he did. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I will never use another contractor without a referral from Angie's List.
