First Source Restoration

I believe the solution went well if not excellent. They discovered the problem and despite that they had given me several days to fix the mold and mildew growth problem; they were out of the house in less than 1 day. First Source Restoration came earlier at my request due to work and family concerns. They brought their crew which were appropriately dress with gear, equipment that they use for this job. They set up, move the furnishings, appliances, and all things in the kitchen areas both on top counters and under the sink. They had to diagnose the problem which of course takes a while and they did this inspection in all 4 bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, the living room, the kitchen, den, and under the house basement. They found the problem areas and quickly went to work to eliminate the problem. Towards the end of the of the process, they took the time to test for further mold and mildew build up, and they did this by having two crew members one from their crew which worked at my house and another from their company who did not know about the problem to reinspect and to reassure us that the problem no longer existed. I believe that with this much attention to detail and care I will be using and/or recommending First Source Restoration to any neighbor, friend, and/or love one both now and in the near future. Note: their professionalism also extended towards their great customer service as all of the crew that arrive came in a timely manner as scheduled, well dress for the job, a great smile, a great attitude towards my family and I and this says a lot. They prove to me that they were there not to do just another job as they addressed all the questions, concerns, and doubts that I had and which came out through their work most of it were just based on ignorance on my part for not knowing the procedures which are needed for such a restoration clean up of course. After almost a month into to the clean up and I constantly being the neat freak and mr. clean that I am, have notice that all is great and no signs of mold and mildew growth. In fact, the house looks brand new and not recognizable as they truly did a great job. Thank you First Source Restoration!
