When I originally searched Angie's List and came across a painter with only 7 reviews I was hesitant. Then I looked at the reviews and visited the web page. The reviews were outstanding and the web page had a mission statement and customer service doctrine. I was impressed and quickly recognized I was dealing with a true professional when Bill visited our home and bid the project. He made excellent suggestions on colors. When his bid was competitive with the three bids we received we were thrilled.
His team is prompt, courteous and professional. they are true artists returning several ater damaged walls to like new condition. The finish work was perfect and matched the quality of any finish carpenter. Bill oversees the project and visited the job site daily. I was comfortable leaving his team unsupervised at our home. We were thrilled with the finished project and have already referred Elizabeth St Painters to family and friends. We look forward to having Bill's team out for future projects.

excellent service and professional paint job. Complete interior painting of a 3,000 sq. foot home. 5 days of having them work around new wood flooring and new carpet. No problems. Started on time and finished on time. Punch list consisted of 2 items which they returned the next day and finished within an hour. I highly recommend them.

Bill and his team are amazing, and we'll be using them for all our painting jobs from now on. We just bought our first house and the flippers did a terrible job with the interior paint -- awful color choices, shoddy work, incorrect paint type. Paint was literally peeling off after three weeks. Bill toured the house with us and spent a long time helping us zero in on our color choices. Once we accepted his estimate (which I expected to be way higher, based on his professionalism and customer service) he came over two more times to put sample colors up on multiple walls, so we could see exactly how the paint looked in different rooms. I'm amazed he put so much time and energy into helping us get the right color -- and it was all included in the total price for the work. We felt like we were getting first class treatment. It was really great.

Outstanding company. Bill is very focused on customer service. The quality was top-notch. We had 60 year old shingles that they made look like new. The rest of the house came out beautifully as well.

We'll. they were on time. Work went much quicker than I had anticipated. Done in an hour and a half making it seem a little expensive. Missed a small spot but I called them back and they were very responsive. Work was completed to my satisfaction. Nice to work with.

Bill was very responsive and understanding of my needs. Wilson, his painter, was very cooperative and a pleasure to work with on the project. The fact that the work was done in January, a generally slow time, helped with the price. I would use this company again.

Elizabeth St. Painters and Bill are my best finds of 2013. I initially found them through a internet search to do minor stucco and wood repairs to a few areas on the exterior of my home, and the work was flawless. It was like a new house. Bill also matched the original exterior paint color perfectly, so I only needed to paint the sections that were repaired. I then inquired about painting the inside of my home, which was oil-based 1930's paint that needed to be stripped and sanded, lots of work. Bill and his crew did the job perfectly. Every corner from room-to-room is now absolutely flawless. It brightened up my entire home. The price is reasonable (remember, you are paying for the quality of the work and Bill's expertise; anyone can wield a paint roller). I felt absolutely comfortable leaving the crew in my house while I was at work, which is a big plus for me. They were very neat and clean and moved my furniture, lamps, etc. carefully out of the way, then put them back in the exact same spots as before, like magic. Very pleased. I'll use them again...but what's great about going with top quality work is you don't need to do it again for a long time. Highly recommended.

We have used Elizabeth St. Painters before, and each time was exceptional.
Bill Moser personally comes to see what we want done, and provides detailed written estimates of the project in a very timely manner (within a day). He is very talented at realizing what a customer wants, but has never tried to over sell.
His crew has been with him for several years, and works extremely well together. They arrive on time, plan out their work - and get going!
We first used his services two years ago after getting five estimates. At that time he painted our home's exterior, our living and dining rooms, family room and our newly updated kitchen. His team and work were so satisfactory then, that we were thrilled to be able to utilize
Elizabeth St. Painters once more!

We have had the pleasure of utilizing Elizabeth St. Painters (Bill Moser) for four years. He originally resurfaced and re-stained our deck in 2008, re-stained it again in 2011 as scheduled, and painted our newly installed kitchen cabinets and repainted the exterior of our home this year (2012). We simply would not use or trust anyone else. He and his crew are perfectionists, as are my wife and I, and he wants everything done to our absolute satisfaction. Bill also has a designer's sense of color as well as a thorough knowledge of paints, primers, and all things involved in painting. Plus he and his crew are nice guys, and they clean-up everything leaving the property pristine. Some people and crews are good one time. Bill and his crew are good for the long haul. Call him if you need ANY painting or staining.

He was fantastic on the phone. I really felt comfortable working with Bill Mosier, the owner. It turned out beautifully. He's fantastic. His workmen were professional and they were all gentlemen. It was a great experience. I got another price and they wanted to charge $6,000 for one color. Bill charged me for as many colors as I wanted throughout the place. The price was great and the quality was fabulous. I would absolutely use them again.

Bill Moser does a great job with his company. His painters all work for him, meaning, they aren't contracted out for a day's work. They are all so professional, making sure to cover all the furniture, tape all the edges, and then make sure they've seen to all the details. Plus, they complete the work quickly!

Bill Moser and his crew were very punctual and clearly experienced. Bill's quote for the deck work was the same as another vendor, but he included details, warranties, brochures, and paint samples in his bid. Their preparation, including placing plastic over our pool, and their work were detailed, careful and clean. Bill and his crew were a pleasure to deal with, and we have already recommended them to our relatives.

Everything about this company was TERRIBLE. I did not think it could be possible to have such an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. To start with, when they painted the interior of my home, they failed to do the simplest tasks of taking nails off the wall and pulling down the recessed lighting before they started painting. They painted over windows and left paint marks on my wood and lighting. When I brought these issues to the owners attention, he told me that I WAS OUT OF MY MIND and that his workers were doing a good job. My contract with the company set forth that they would install molding in my house; however, in the middle of the job, the owner told me to have someone else do the installation job. (Hiring someone else cost me several hundred dollars more than the painter and I agreed it would cost.) When the job was finally done, I received a final invoice stating that I owed more money than we agreed on, that was after the company refused to do work specified in the contract!

PRICE IS THE SAME AS QUOTED, BUT MORE WORK WAS EXPECTED TO BE ACCOMPLISHED AT THAT PRICE (FOR 2 MEN). FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD BEFOREHAND, ANOTHER ROOM WAS TO HAVE BEEN PAINTED PLUS ANOTHER ROOM AS WELL. I WAS IN A HURRY HOWEVER, I WILL NOT USE AGAIN.
