I would give him the highest ratings possible. I pay him on a monthly basis. He always comes on another day to do the extra work or if we ask him to do something else. If we have bushes that are climbing up our wall and if we tell him to clear them, then he comes to do that for us. He sometimes plants the plants in the pots that we have in the front of our house. He will sometimes fix the sprinkler system if it needs to be fixed, but the last visit was just a regular visit. He has only raised his price once from $70 a month to $80 a month and this has happened only once for the last 13 years. So I feel that his price is extremely reasonable. I would definitely keep using his services in the future too.

Efren does great work. He goes the extra mile. His prices are extremely reasonable. He is very punctual. He is extremely reliable. I have been very pleased with him.
