Fantastic service. John came to do the quote and was professional, friendly and efficient. Tony and his crew were attentive, diligent and lovely to work with during the move. Ended up a little more expensive than we expected for a local move however would not hesitate to use them again.

Prompt, helpful, professional

Our floors were in the process of being refinished at our new home, so
they worked to pack most of our living room and dining room furniture
into a guest bedroom. They did not bump walls and none of our furniture
got even a little nick.

Dino's moving arrived 15 minutes early, loaded their truck and made the delivery to our new home with professionalism. The guys were a lot of fun with great personalities and very hard working. No complaints at all. Great team. They were highly recommended to us so there was no hesitation on our part when they said they could be available within the week andtheir pricing quote was within reason. We also would highly recommend this company. We did not hire them for the completion of our move only because they did not have a big enough truck and could not move our safe and a large tool chest.

They are the best and I have referred them to a lot of people. In fact, the people that I recommended them to have also recommended them to other people and that says a lot. They are really great, they are a smaller company, they bend over backwards, and their prices are incredible.

I picked Dino's Moving in Storage because of their great reviews on Angie's List and Yelp. My husband and I had a tight budget - well, actually, we only realized we needed professional movers last week when we bought and moved a large bedroom set (in a Toyota Van in three loads, 8 man hours from start to finish) to our home in anticipation of our daughter's move to her first apartment Saturday, 9/3/11. We needed help! When I spoke with Dino in the office, he asked for all the times and addresses involved. He explained the hourly moving charge, driving time charge and three hour minimum necessary. I was fine with that; since we were only having Dino's load our daughter's furniture, pick up a couch in Sherman Oaks (30 or so min. away) then deliver all to the Valley Village apt., (15 minutes from couch pickup) I was reasonably sure we could do the move for 300 -350.00. We scheduled the move to begin at 8:00 am on Saturday.

On moving day, two movers, Merl and Anthony, arrived just before 8 am with a 24 ft moving truck. They were friendly, good-natured men who had obviously worked as a team before; they were consummate professionals in every way. The move officially started when I signed the paperwork, My husband and I watched on the sidelines as Merl carefully wrapped each piece of furniture and Anthony carried it to the truck. They carried the heaviest items together, making sure nothing was scratched or bumped. They managed to chat with us while packing, never slacking pace until all was secured in the truck. Merl and Anthony took off for the Sherman Oaks pickup at 8:40 am. I followed them in my van; we had the same route until I took an earlier freeway exit to get to the Valley Village apartment.

Merl and Anthony did not wasted any time; only about 50 minutes went by before they pulled up in front of the Valley Village apartment complex. They must have loaded that couch in a hurry!!. Before unloading, they came into the complex to assess the entry and the stairs they would negotiate in order to get the furniture into my daughter's apartment. I introduced them to my daughter; they were very solicitous of her concerns and opinions about furniture placement throughout the move.

I was also really impressed with their sensitivity to the early hour; they moved quietly and kept their voices low as many in the apartment complex were still sleeping. They were working hard, concentrating on their task, yet seemed to be enjoying their work as well. They were a pleasure to be around!

From about 9:30 or so to 10:55 am, Merl and Anthony carefully carried all the furniture up an angled exterior stairway to the 2nd floor apartment. They had to be very creative in negotiating the larger pieces around the branches of courtyard trees, through the turns and over the walkway railings. All furniture was moved without any damage or contact with obstructions. Merl had his own tools to assemble the bedroom furniture and placed it according to our wishes, while Anthony made trip after trip out to the truck, bringing in all the remaining pieces of furniture. By 10:55 am, all was moved and I was thanking them both profusely. We paid cash for this wonderful service at exactly 11:00 am.

I give Dino's Moving and Storage my highest recommendation. I think you would be extremely lucky to have Merl and Anthony as your movers. (There are perhaps other movers working with the company; I would imagine they would be of the high caliber of Merl and Anthony, but I am sure of Merl and Anthony's excellence and so I suggest you request them) I have had dealings with a number of movers and moving companies over the years; this one will stay in my mind as one of the smoothest as most problem free.

Highly Recommended. The estimate was fair, service was punctual, the movers were professional, friendly and very helpful and patient when needed. The whole experience was SO much better than we anticipated, due to Dino's and the crew. We've had movers twice before, but these guys were head and shoulders above the others. They made it almost painless. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call.

To be honest, we've only moved once in the past 18 years, so this is the only company we've used, but we thought they were fantastic! I have never seen any group of guys work harder. They showed up right on time, and did not stop once. They were polite and respectful, helpful and careful with our possessions, and incredibly strong! They were a great group of guys, made a very stressful situation easy, for which we were thankful. If you ever need to rebuild a country, (or move one) these are the guys I'd call.

Dino's was the only company who actually came to my house to give me an estimate for the move. Tony, Chris and Steve did an amazing job today. They arrived promptly at 9am, Tony thoroughly reviewed the estimate with me, while Chris and Steve immediately got to work. They were very fast, thorough and efficient. The team communicated with me during the whole process which reinforced my confidence in them. They even finished the job before the estimated time!!! I

I spent about $1,000 and they were great. They were excellent. They were on time, put the extra effort in and packed things really well for me. They were really efficient, weren’t dragging their feet and worked hard.

Moving stinks. These guys did everything they could to make it painless. On time. Great attitudes. Helpful. Friendly. It was hot. They had to navigate a small and winding street with a big truck. I asked them to move a few things from one place to another that they weren't, in fact moving. (a fridge into my driveway for pickup by somebody else). EVERYTHING they did without question and with great attitude. I didn't use them for packing, though you can (you pay by the hour), and nothing was broken and nothing went missing. What else could you want. My fiance was moving the next day, and used a different company, and though those guys were good. They were really quiet and didn't communicate well. These guys liked each other and were almost able to make it fun. (But not being rowdy or noisy) They had come highly recommended by a friend, and now I can highly recommend them.

The workers at Dino's were just unbelievably good. They all had a great attitude. They really worked hard and never complained. I have nothing but great things to say about them.

Our real estate agents recommended Dino's to us and we were so glad we hired them. We packed ourselves, but ran out of time and still had about 2% of our things to pack still when moving day arrived. Dino's not only worked around the chaos, but loaned us a few other boxes, too. They moved everything swiftly and professionally and did not break or scratch anything. They are a great family-owned business. The price was great, too! We highly recommend them.
