Dependable Restoration specialist did an outstanding job assessing my water damage and took immediate action to stop any further damage from occurring. The team worked tirelessly to remove all the damaged flooring while protecting the contents of my home. They were very responsive and professional in dealing with all issues and concerns. Dependable Restoration team did a great job on the water damage remediation in my condo. They were professional and courteous of my property while doing the restoration. Very professional. They identified where the water damage was located and got all the drying equipment set up in reasonable time. They explained everything that needed to be done and were very easy to work with.

They made a stressful situation feel easy. Our hot water heater busted and began flooding my daughters room. After I placed the call to Dependable Restoration , they rushed over in no time flat. Had they not been that fast, I believe the damage would have been way worse than it was. They dried out to carpets, removed the damaged sheet rock and insulation, and it was repaired perfectly. I am so happy with the job they did.
