Keith managed to make a really bad situation tolerable for me. I was finishing a face lift on my garage when I noticed the mold. Keith came out right away and took samples. He explained everything to me clearly and helped me through the process. He was very responsive and always returned my calls. Even went above and beyond to take additional air samples when job was completed at no extra cost. I found him to be thorough, professional and eager to get the job done right. He never tried to sensationalize the problem, but rather tried to put me at ease and inform me of my options. When the remediation was completed, he came right out, took his samples and called me promptly with the results. He even offered to consult directly with the remediation co. before the job began.
