I found them on Angie's List about 4 months ago and decided to give them a try, based on their good ratings. I was quoted on phone at most $250 for initial detailed cleaning. Two arrived very late on schedule day. My house was not that dirty at all but the girl could not make up mind on an official price. I was worried. I had in-laws coming in the next day & did not have time to hire anyone else or do the work myself. She said my house was huge & jacked up the price to about $450 to only include a mini-detail-no windows. I felt backed in a corner but rationalized I'd get a thorough cleaning. They did a good job but not worth the price. I then called & insisted the owner come out to give a proper estimate for weekly cleaning, feeling it may have been an employee problem at first. I was satisfied when Connie came & assured me of a reasonable price. She set-up a service date but they never showed. I called, they apologized & rescheduled. But then no showed again! THEY ARE HORRID-STAY AWAY

Very well. The place looked great afterwards. Things were sparkly when they left. They showed up when they said they would come. My only complaint was with quote process. Their office took the square footage of my house and estimated $70-95. When they arrived, someone looked around, and quoted $125. That's about 30-60% more than the first estimate, which really surprised me. It left me with a little bit of bad taste, and since it was the day before my relatives arrived, it was too late to hire anyone else.

When I originally called, the man who answered said that they only work on Saturdays if they have more than 1 job to make it worth it He got an approval, & they would come out. We discussed price and I was quoted $75-90 for a crew to come out, no windows and no laundry. I waited all morning and no one showed. When I called, I spoke to a woman and she said that their other job was a huge job, so she would have to call me back to see if they could come. Again, I waited and no one called me back. When I called back on Monday, I spoke to the original man who had no idea that they didn't come out. He said they could go out that day, but I need to have someone in the house as we work. After much back and forth, they agreed to come out on Thursday when I could get someone to be there to supervise. When they got there and looked at the instructions I left, the price suddenly went up to $200. I said no. After much talk, they eventually did the work for the original price.

Very well. When I received a confirmation call with a time that was not convenient for me, they rescheduled for the same day at a better time. There was a team that came in and cleaned the main area of my home in less than 2 hours. They did a great job. Their team leader spoke Spanish, which I do not, but they had someone on the team who spoke English who helped with communication.

I hired Connie to clean my home. Her crew has a good attitude and is honest, courteous, attentive and thorough. They are very careful with my things. Connie seems very professional and really seems to know her stuff and I'm continuing to use them. I am paying slightly more than I have paid other housekeepers, but I feel they are worth it. As a team (usually four or five people come at a time) they do in two hours what was taking one person 12-14 hours. They bring their own equipment as well.

SHE'S EXCELLENT. WHEN SHE FIRST CAME, IT'S BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR, SHE BROUGHT PRINTED MATERIAL OF WHAT EXACTLY HER SERVICES INCLUDE. EVERYTHING WAS PROFESSIONAL. IT IS A VERY GOOD REPORT WITH HER. THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS.
