Coast Builders and Construction

Water feature design turned out great and we only discussed what we wanted. Edwin came up with a great idea and it looks perfect. They knew which brick trim to use to tie into our old existing brick. Did a sand finish on concrete deck and patio which helps with slipping issues and again looks good and seems cooler on our feet!

So far, so good. The job is not complete yet, but I have been very pleased with the results. Edwin and Carlos have been very responsive, have been on the job daily, and have done everything and all that we asked. The bid was very reasonable. Their crew is punctual and polite. Could not be happier.

I was in construction for 15 years. I started with eight contractor bids, weaned it down to four and then down to two. From the moment I meet Edwin I already knew he was the right one for the job. I could immediately see that he was a respectful individual with integrity, and responsibility. Edwin and his brother were wonderful to work with, same for his entire crew that was very knowledgeable. They worked with me on my budget, they started when they said and for the scope of the job he stated his completion date and was right on. He finished right before Christmas to get us in for the holidays. There were some hiccups along the way but it?s not the hiccups that matter its how the contractor handles it. He handled everything professionally. They worked so hard and did such a great job. There was a week when they had over 12 people working at the house to get everything done on time. They were always at the job when they said they would be and always did exactly what they said they would do. When Edwin had ideas that he thought would work better he presented them to me for my opinion (which happened) and also gave me a fair price. Any time the price was too high he was always willing to work with me. I did all my homework as should you as the customer. I was diligent with making sure that costs were fair which they always were and that the design was exactly what my wife and I wanted. I have referred him to our sister and brother in law which will be using him on his parent?s home and their home down the road. We have friends that are preparing to get started with Coast Builders. We moved in to my wife?s parents home which she grew up in making my wife and I the 3rd generation and my kids the 4th generation to live in this home. My wife knows everyone on the street, and we had a house warming after the holiday. At the party we boasted the great work Coast Builders did telling all of them ?through experience I know it?s hard to find a reliable contractor as with car mechanics?. Edwin and Coast builders will always be my choice in the future if we have more work done on the house and will always be my referral when asked.
