Unfortunately my fridge was no longer under warranry. I called CM based on recommendation from a neighbor. I called on a Friday and they said they could come out on Monday. They were very responsive and arrived at scheduled time. The technician, Carlos, explained everything and made the repair and replace the filter (I could have done it myself but opted to pay him to do it). He was very helpful and professional. The repair price, while not a bargain, seemed fair, and I would definitely use them again.

OVERALL THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME THE DAY THEY PROMISED. THEY WERE THOROUGH IN THEIR EXAMINATION OF THE PRODUCT AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND DID IT. THEY WERE CLEAN AND COURTEOUS.

THEY WERE GREAT. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN. They're ATTITUDE AND HONESTY. HE SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, WHICH A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T DO. MY REFRIGERATOR STILL WORKS. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF, THEY WERE REAL PROFESSIONAL.
